Horrified by phone/wifi bill - how much do you pay?

OK admission: I am crap and never check my bills. But today I did and I am paying BT £141 for a month of fast broadband and phone calls.

It roughly splits as £52 for internet and £82 for phone calls from our landline. These calls are not extreme - we are out all day and call eg our parents at night, and maybe a couple of short mobile calls every day.

82 quid is a bit extreme for a month's landline use, isn't it?

Or is this normal?

What do you all pay?

That is way too expensive, I pay £44 a month with BT

About 85 quid for all 3. That's landline, broadband and TV. Mobiles are separate but pay £50 between the two of us for those.

Not far off yours. Will need to check the split. BT too.

We pay Plusnet £12.99 a month for unlimited fibre broadband and evening and weekend calls. Pay line rental yearly - is about £16.50 a month I think.

Calling mobiles from a landline adds up.

£56 odd for broadband, landline,basic TV package. All calls included.

£80 a month for sky tv,landline and fibre broadband. I will say though we don't actually use the landline as we both have mobile contracts with unlimited minutes.

Post Office, broadband and phone line including calls, £26 per month.

We don't have a landline phone. We have mobiles with unlimited calls on them, So just use them. All we ever got on the landline was cold callers, everyone rings the mobiles, so we got rid of it

I pay £28 per month for unlimited broadband ( not fibre), phone line rental and anytime landline calls to mobiles and other landlines.

Broadband + line rental: £18.99 a month.

No landline, just a mobile: £22 a month.

We pay £80 for fibre, all unlimited calls/line rental and full sky multiroom package. You are paying way too much!

Under £40 a month for fast internet with a free call plan but I’ve no idea how many calls it allows as we hardly ever use the house phone anyway. That’s with plusnet

Mobiles -3- cost around £50 a month.

I don't have a landline phone, I don't know anyone who still uses them.

I pay £50pm for my Sky HD package and unlimited fast broadband.

I pay virgin £74 a month for landline, unlimited fast broadband, their biggest tv package plus sky sports.

I'm paying sky £29 per month unlimited broadband. It has a landline but I don't have it plugged in and I don't know if it includes any calls. Then I pay £29 per month for my mobile to O2 with unlimited calls and text and some data. I never go over so it's 58 per month altogether which I thought was a bit of a rip off until I read yours. I feel quite good about mine now!

We pay around £60 per month for tv & broadband (and to be honest I even grudge paying that much 😂) from Bt. We do pay about another £60 a month though for the two mobile contracts too.

So expensive! Our phone line is £15...never use it to call, I use my mobile for that. Plus it's free to call on weekends. Broadband is £40.
