Help solve the mystery of the bloody bath.

Got up to find what definitely looks like blood in the bath this morning. Same thing happened 2 mornings ago. WTF? No one has a clue where it’s coming from (DH & 3 kids all as flummoxed as I am). Any ideas?

My cats sometimes pee in the bath overnight but if you have a cat it needs to go to the vet with urine that colour.
