PetiteR I don't cook but my DH does, so I'll be watching your bloghop with interest!
I'm giving away a couple of Jacquie Lawson Advent Calenders this week.

Hello bloggers :)

Here's my weekly links post.

Now trying to muster up enthusiasm to write tomorrow's breastfeeding post!

BsDad · 20/11/2011 15:02

This week I've been thinking about how my son plays and how this might develop as he gets older:

A different kind of Sunday lunch

What to cook when you're feeling rough and only have 30 minutes!

ScatCatShoo · 20/11/2011 19:16

I've just posted my version of Mary Berry's Devonshire Apple Cake. T'was funny but it was a MN recipe that inspired this post, even though my actual recipe source was the cookbook in the end.

Soooo good!!!

Am off to mosey about your blogs now, DDs having a playdate and hasn't ventured out of her room for about an hour now

DillyTante · 20/11/2011 20:01

Oooh, I'll have to have a look scatcat, I tried pear cake today, and though it tastes yummy, it was a bit fragile...

Making more stuff for my house.

Can you say no to your kids?

DillyTante · 20/11/2011 21:42

My 5,000th view snuck by me yesterday!

Lifeofanexpatparent · 20/11/2011 21:43

DillyTante, I need some advice! I am useless when it comes to making things, but am attempting to do some for the nursery. Any suggestions about how I can discreetly attach pieces of felt that are different colours? I think trying to stitch it would be a nightmare. Any suggestions would be SO appreciated!

I am struggling today and needed to emotionally vomit. Hopefully, it's now out of my system and I can get on with the week.

DillyTante · 20/11/2011 22:13

Attach in what way Expat? Do have an example link of what you are trying to make?

DillyTante · 20/11/2011 22:14

StitchThis would be a better candidate for sewing help, though I'll try.

QueenMaeve · 20/11/2011 22:46

Oops I posted on the previous thread. Heres my post my 3 year old doesn't do santa

ScatCatShoo · 21/11/2011 05:07

Dang, just realised my link doesn't work. Here's the updated version

Today I wrote about how to survive when you feel trapped by breastfeeding or attachment parenting, as inspired by a thread on Mumsnet and flipping Nicolas Sarkozy!

PetiteRaleuse · 21/11/2011 10:24

FB great post have commented.

My rant today is about baby food

And what a freaking rip off it appears to be.

Good morning. Today's entry in the continuing saga of dealing with cancer and the effects of treatment is here.

Hope everyone is well.

SallyDon · 21/11/2011 11:31

Am going to catch up on your posts now, loving the ranty ones.

Here's mine on how the world looks when you are wearing Adoption Glasses. They are similar to variations like Infertility Glasses and Special Needs Glasses.

Warning: I expect it will be offensive to some. Oh well.

Hi, posted my latest post on my blog last night: bishopstonmum.blogspot.com

SallyDon · 21/11/2011 11:40

Read your emotional vomit, hope the postie comes soon!

MmeLindor. · 21/11/2011 11:42

Gosh, we are all a bit ranty today.

I have done TWO posts. One I started yesterday and didn't get finished in time about The British in Europe and one today about the Governments Housing Strategy idiots

I seem to be ranting against David Cameron a lot at the moment. Must do a fluffy post to make up for it.

PetiteRaleuse · 21/11/2011 11:44

Good posts MmeL. Will be joining you in ranting about the housing reforms later on today - the good thing about Cameron is he does give us masses amount of blog material ;)

OP posts:
PetiteRaleuse · 21/11/2011 11:49

MmeL I'm having trouble commenting on your blog. That's twice in a row...

Will have a look, maybe you are stuck in the spam folder.

FlamingoBingo · 21/11/2011 12:10

PR, you went to my spam folder, so maybe askimet has blacklisted you. You'll be fine once a few of us un-spam you.
