Our patroness is considered rather taking when she is animated

Will we clash if I wear this?

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 02/08/2011 21:40

No we'll coordinate with that Lady D.

LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 21:40

Have you all seen that Moving On is on BBCHD on Friday at 5:15pm?

I got a bit excited thinking that was the one with all the gratuitous nudity a thought provoking storyline but that's Between The Sheets, isn't it?

OP posts:
LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 21:43

I can't decide between these shoes or these.

OP posts:
LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 21:44

And these are quite possibly the coolest shoes EVER.

OP posts:
DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 21:44

Lady D - have you seen Moving On? It's probably worth a view if you've not seen it as he's one of the main characters, but otherwise it is total crap and the character he plays has no redeeming features whatsoever.

LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 21:52

No, I haven't, Spiro - have set it to record though!

Oh, I finally watched Sparkhouse today. I can see exactly what you see in John Standring - you summed him up far better than I could but the mixture of shyness without being a doormat to her is gorgeous.

OP posts:
DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 21:54

Mitts off Lady D - he's mine...all mine!

Would you like the link to 'Sparky's II' now you've watched it? Grin

LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 21:58

Ah go on then Grin.

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 02/08/2011 22:21

Have fun Lady D. I may have to tune into BBCHD this week then.

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:23

The thing that really struck me is the theme tune which recurs as a kind of 'jingle' throughout the programme and is absolutely dire.

RA is great in it, but as a whole I can't say as I'd have any desire to watch it again.

Between the Sheets on the other hand...Grin

TheSmallPrint · 02/08/2011 22:27

Right off to bed with rather strange imaages in my head Grin. Knight Spiro and Lady D!

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:29

Sweet Dreams, Small Confused!

PassTheTwiglets · 02/08/2011 22:30

Evening ladies. Spiro, why was your evening pants? Hope you and Small are feeling better now.

My morning and early afternoon were Pants McTavish and culminated in me yelling "you old BAT!" at a mean lady Blush But then we got to the beach and everything was nice then. Well, until I Googled a picture of Eddie Jordan, that is :)

I haven't seen Moving On but we don't get BBCHD :( Apparently the Miss Marple thingy was on the other day too but I was at the Twigletty opticians at the time and didn't know in advance.

I LOVE those Lego shoes. The MiniTwigs have the Lego Kickers but those are truly fabulous. Irregular Choice are my fave shoe company. I don't own any and some are waaaay out there, but some are just nicely quirky yet wearable.

PassTheTwiglets · 02/08/2011 22:32

Hello and goodbye, Small!

Between the Sheets on the other hand

Indeedy! That... does things to me :) Such a shame the DVD is apparently faulty - can't really ask for that one to be downloaded :)

PassTheTwiglets · 02/08/2011 22:36

And another thing - it's August, so where is Recognise Magazine?!?!

SupermassiveLBD · 02/08/2011 22:40

Hi and bye all! Re BTS, I bet no one dare write to the manufacturers and ask them to produce a new batch, cos we' might have to explain why...

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:41

I've been thinking exactly the same about Recognise, Twigs - they seriously need to get their fingers out!

Letter from work re restructuring my dept dropped on my doormat at teatime - will be in and out for consultative meetings for most of next week = pants evening. Was just on the verge of booking bloody Yorkshire cottage too. Angry

Irregular Choice shoes are fab but I seriously doubt I would ever be able to wear them. Did spend several minutes drooling over shop window full of them in Brighton recently though Grin.

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:44

Hi Massive - hope your day hasn't been too trying.

Perhaps we could organise a petition?! Grin

PassTheTwiglets · 02/08/2011 22:46

Oh goodness, Spiro. Are you likely to be out of a job soon then or is there no concrete info? Just as you thought you were ok there for the time being :(

I would never be able to wear the shoes either. I was chasing their ice cream ones on ebay for a while last year but realised I could never walk in them so stopped looking.

SupermassiveLBD · 02/08/2011 22:48

I have had worse, Spiro -- such as yesterday Sad

Going to bed in a mnute; perchance to dReAm Smile

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:48

They are v. cute!

Looks like I'll have until Christmas if I cop the chop - hey ho!

LadyDamerel · 02/08/2011 22:49

I'm going to bed to dReAm of John Standring Wink.

Night all!

OP posts:
PassTheTwiglets · 02/08/2011 22:49

Night, Massive. Sorry yesterday was bad for you :(

I am off to bed, too. Am ravenous and about to eat the entire contents of the kitchen, so bed is a safer bet :)

DumSpiroSpero · 02/08/2011 22:53

Also off to bed - need to catch up on my beauty sleep before Thursday...

Night all!
