Our patroness is considered rather taking when she is animated

and the Vice Chancellor would like to remind you all of the importance of the wearing of a correctly tied cravat.

No I am not! I may act like a loon on here with my relative anonymity but I am a hairy trucker normal person in real life thank you very much!

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:33

Lady D that pic has not helped the hormonal surge. Maud, spray please!

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:34

Maud, we'll send you a full debrief on Small at the end of the week before you commit yourself....

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:35

Sorry, Small, it was meant to be a joke!

::hangs head in shame::

::nevertheless, hopes we'll be sitting beyond missile distance from the stage::

Thank you for that delectable gift, LadyDamerel.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:37

So, those are Small's peaches, are they? I had wondered.

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:37

In fact all of those except Sprio's are sending my BP sky high. I think I must be away to bed to calm down.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:40

Hang on, Small. The doctor is on his way.

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:41

I wish my bum was that small Grin

OK Maud we have a plan. As our resident entertainment insider can you keep your ear to the ground about dates. And I'll sit here patiently and wait.

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:41

According to my spreadsheet, no one has poor Dr Track at the top of their list.

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:42

That's not helping Maud

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:45

I suspect, LadyDamerel, that's because some of us haven't seen that compelling (one might even say Chekhovian) drama as it looks a bit rubbish we haven't got round to it yet.

Entertainment insider?

::laughs so much she has a coronary, and thus joins the queue for the good doctor Track::

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:45

We all love Dr Track Lady D.

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:47

Sadly I have seen the Golden Hour, I saw the original series on tele.

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:48

Oh I know, Small ( although I haven't seen more than a few minutes of it on YT).

BUT, if they were all lined up in front of us and we all had to pick 1, I think Dr T may well be left there while there would be out and out fighting over others.

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:50

I don't mind taking a spare for the team...

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:51

Now, now, don't be greedy!

::shoves Harry, Gizzy and MrT behind the curtains::

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:52

But surely one would never be so ungenteel as to fight, LadyDamerel? And I think Twiggy might make a late bid for the doctor.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:53

Get your hands off my fiance now, LadyDamerel. You can have Claude or Percy if you want a Victorian gentleman.

TheSmallPrint · 31/07/2011 22:53

Right definitely off to bed now. See you tomorrow.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 22:54

Good night, Small.

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:56

Over Lucas? D'you think? Or only if someone else nabbed Lucas first?

I have an images of full on rolling around the floor scrapping if that particular scenario came to fruition, tbh. All's fair in love and war, after all.

::turns IF up to full speed at the mere thought::

DumSpiroSpero · 31/07/2011 22:56

DD & I are couch camping tonight. Currently halfway through 'UP'.

Count me in for the HJ outing!

We've stayed here and really liked it although it's possibly not the most obvious location for a city break. It's only about 2 minutes walk from Old Street Tube & handy for Brick Lane & Camden if you're coming over a weekend and fancy a nosey round the markets.

LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 22:57

Night Small!

::coshes Maud with vinaigrette::

OP posts:
LadyDamerel · 31/07/2011 23:01

Will check it out Spiro, thank you.

::binds Maud's ankles with beautiful gold cravat::

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 31/07/2011 23:08

That looks really cool, Spiro, but eeek at the prices if you don't book months in advance.

::wonders whether she should tart up refresh the spare room in time for the Olympics::

You already have dear Jasper, LadyDamerel, and there's really nobody who comes remotely close to Mr Thornton for me, so hands off.

::wallops LadyDamerel with a cushion from the chaise longoo and, in the ensuing confusion, leads Mr Thornton over to the Aubusson for a mug of cocoa and discussion of Plato::
