Welcome to our newest faculty building. Make yourselves comfortable and ignore the smell of paint. We cannot keep up with the demand for new premises.

I think so Missy and drink a toast to Ms Stephenson - an excellent role model for ladies of all ages.

Just seen Matt & Aliona's paso - that could be Gizzy's theme tune Grin!

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 22:06

Kara & Artem's waltz...tears...Blush

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 22:10

I am rather startled that Offspring has so accurately pinpointed one of the reasons for Mr Armitage's appeal.

A toast to Ms Stephenson and Mr Jordan. And to all, ahem, ladies of a certain age.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 22:16

I seem to remember noticing things like that myself from an early age, Missy. In a quite academic sort of way.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 22:17

I couldn't care less what he is or isn't wearing tbh...

SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 22:17

Missy, all the old ladies used to think DH looked just like our resident babysitter so you may put your hatpin away - I am not trying to steal the real thing. I am feeling feverish though and will await attention from the medicine man.

Why am I finding Matt Baker so 'interesting' to watch dance? He's quite annoying when he speaks.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 22:21

That would probably be something to do with him having a butt like 2 hard boiled eggs in a handkerchief, Snowy Grin

SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 22:22

That could be it Mrs LN Grin

Snowy - Your H looks like Messrs Armitage and Clooney? Wow. What a thought.

I have to concede that Mr Baker has perfected his hip wiggles but, oh dear, Holly, about the time lag between original transmission and it reaching Limpopoland. Are you in fact on another planet, several light years away?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 22:30

It does sometimes feel as if we are in a galaxy far, far away, Missy, what with the age of some of the comedy shows etc, but thankfully silver suits are not compulsory.

OP posts:
SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 22:31

Missy he looks like neither!! He has a vague something of GC if you blur your eyes and he doesn't speak. He has no resemblence to RA other than he is tall, (used to have) black hair and is northern.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 22:42

Are you still feeling faint, Snowy? Do you still need a doctor?

I think a silver barbarella suit could be very fetching, Holly, and certainly festive.

SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 22:46

Yes Missy, I wonder if I could persuade the good doctor to go private then I may be able to command a little more of his time.

I'm liking your style ideas. Very flattering.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 22:49

That moment when the boys strut on in full lame'd splendour never fails to make me laugh out loud, Missy.

Be careful in those boots, you don't want to fall off them and sprain your ankle do you? It would be a shame to make dear Dr Crinkles so busy on a Saturday night.

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 22:51

Ha! If the good doctor went private, he might turn up in his helicopter, which could be quite exciting.

I always think a lycra jumpsuit is de rigueur for the more mature figure. But seeing the slightly portly scrummy Colin Firth strutting his stuff always brings me joy.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 22:55

Me and a friend trying out our party costumes. Think the blond wig works for him?

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 22:57

Ha again! Great minds, Holly.

But don't worry about the boots. Should I have any minor accident in them, I won't require the attentions of Dr Crinkle (who seems anyway to be monopolised by poor Snowy at the moment). I would just need the ministrations of a tall, strong cravat-wearing fellow to carry me over to the chaise longue and solicitously hold my hand.

SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 22:59

Speaking of the Colin, I have just watched the end of Bridget Jones, I think I must be a bit hormonal, I am being stirred by lots of handsome men this evening Xmas Grin.

Best get off to bed before things get worse.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 22:59

Well, it's goodnight from me ladies.

Am going to finish my bottle of Chateau Giz and watch the last couple of episodes of BtS.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 23:03

Good night Snowy and MrsLNP. Sweet dreams.

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 23:03

Good night ladies.

I can't open your photo, Holly. Has it been impounded by customs again?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 23:07

Maybe. I shall try another shot.

Not such a good one though

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 23:11

Oh I say. Good job you live in a warm(er) climate, Holly.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 23:19

Not all that warm actually that might not be unfamiliar to you.

Should we go with the original look, for the costumes? Or should I get one for him a la the Black Swan? More in keeping with the FAF and he wouldn't need the wig.
