Welcome to our newest faculty building. Make yourselves comfortable and ignore the smell of paint. We cannot keep up with the demand for new premises.

He might like Bohemian Rhapsody though, Missy. It has a classical vibe. And I am sure he'll
secretly approve of the leotard.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 20:04

Yes, Bohemian Rhapsody might be to his liking. Bismillah! But I fear the leotard may be too much for such a sensitive soul.

PassTheTwiglets · 18/12/2010 20:07

Missy, your "hides head in hand" photo of John Thornton at appropriate moments does make me giggle :)

Yes, my dream does say something about my RL, doesn't it?! I get a potential date with a handsome man yet all I can think of is getting shot of the kids for a bit :o He was a very good babysitter though - DS loved him.

PassTheTwiglets · 18/12/2010 20:07

Oh and thank you for my date, Holly - he's perfect :o

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:12

How strange, though, that Guy's hand is exactly the same.

OP posts:
Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:14

Funnily enough. your date's hand is the same too, Twigs

SnowyMoon · 18/12/2010 20:20

Missy why do you keep putting up ohotos of my DH? Xmas Wink

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 20:21

Well, Twiggy, they say that the only two certainties in life are death and taxes, but I think we can add to that that Mr Thornton will look away when anything too shocking or distressing happens and that the good doctor will be summoned whenever anyone is feeling unwell!

So, while Mr Clooney babysits, where are you taking your sizzling hot date?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:23

Oh dear, that has put the cat among the pigeons

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 20:25

Because, Snowy, you are sadly mistaken and he is not your husband. He is mine.

Perhaps you are feverish and are hallucinating? The doctor will be here soon to administer a sedative.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:33

I don't like the look of those rubber gloves, though, Missy.

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 20:39

Well, I suppose they may be necessary when dealing with a very ill patient, suffering from serious delusions. Xmas Wink

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:44

Poor Snowy. Although the muscle-y arms are distracting enoogh to take your mind off the gloves.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 20:47

We're watching some more of RH series 3. We've just had the head turn from the beginning of Obsession and the "yeah, that's a reasonable request".

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 20:57

'm not too sure about the hair-do. But it's better after he's been to PJ's salon.(Local branch of ye Toni & Guy?)

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 21:04

Verily, the hair is terrible. I don't know about Ye Toni and (arf) Guy, some shampoo would be a good start. But The Voice.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 21:08

La la la I'm not listening! Just got back from friends house and only just started watching 1st part of Strictly.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 21:11

Whoopee, Strictly! Enjoy! That leaves Gizzy all to little me, sez Teri, triumphantly

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 21:16

Yes it does. My favoured candidate has just been voted off - when I tried to cast my vote the phone was permanently engaged. Grrr. I shall complain to the Electoral Commission.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 21:26

Oh, no it doesn't, Missy, I've just socked Teri on the jaw, a la Marian, and grabbed him for myself. Hair and all.

Vote-rigging on Strictly? Shock Horror even worse than the above.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 21:27

I like all 3 tbh so am not fussed who.wins but will be gutted for the others. I'm not sure they should win, but i find Pamela & James fascinating. When they dance you just don't see the age gap and I don't think any of the other male dancers have ever achieved that with older partners.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 21:44

Oh, have been meaning to mention that our conversation this morning about actors and my discovery that every handsome actor of any note seems to have at least six fan sites, Offspring suggested that someone would start one entitled richardarmitageisthemosthunkiesthunkwhenhesgothishirtoff.com. I don't know where she gets it from.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 18/12/2010 21:47

Grin at your DD Missy!

Have just seen who was 3rd - bummer. I like Matt but would rather have seen him go. I think showdance let p & j down - it was lovely but totally unoriginal.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 18/12/2010 21:52

Yes, I was trying not to give it away, MrsLNP, but I am devastated too. Pamela was an inspiration for us middle-aged femmes fatales!

Shall we crack open the Chateau Gizzy?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 18/12/2010 21:59

Goodness,indeed, re your Offspring, Missy.
I think we should start one called richardarmitageissuperhunkyevenwithhisshirton.com

Any Polish Cordial going?
