The Maxi-Cosi Swift makes an excellent playpen. We mainly intend to use it as a playpen, it is very robust and comfortable and offers a good, safe space for our daughter to play in.

Overall verdict

"I like how robust and comfortable this cot is. As a travel cot, it can be a bit back-breaking to lean over and place the baby on the mattress, but this is not uncommon for travel cots. It could benefit from a side panel with a zip.

"Bearing in mind the overall cost, I think it absolutely represents good value for money."
