About the TUI BLUE app for your holiday
When booking a TUI BLUE hotel, your booking provides you with access to the handy TUI BLUE app.
On the app you'll find information about your hotel, excursions, restaurant opening hours, and the full activities programme available. You can also easily contact the hotel and connect with other holidaymakers with the community section.
Depending on your hotel, you can book certain experiences in the app, such as reserving tables in a restaurant, registering for a fitness class or signing your kids into childcare. Plus, all the TUI BLUE hotels are equipped with free WiFi so you can access the app at any time.

How we chose our recommendations
Our recommendations are based on feedback from real parents, Mumsnet forums, customer testimonials, and review sites. Being parents ourselves helps us to understand what families need when booking a holiday, and we always offer unbiased, independent advice you can trust.
After we’ve collated our hotel picks, we then turn to the likes of Tripadvisor, Hotels.com and Expedia to see what their recommendations include for family holidays with TUI BLUE.
We’ll check what travellers are saying on these sites, taking into consideration both the positive and negative points of their trip to bring you a well-rounded and honest guide.
Why you should trust us
Mumsnet is the UK’s biggest website for parents, with over 9 million users per month and thousands of conversations happening on our forums every day. All the articles are written or edited by experienced journalists, most of whom are parents themselves, who work hard to provide useful recommendations and advice you can trust, whether that’s bringing you the most up-to-date family travel advice or supporting you on your pregnancy journey.
