Just went for an amazing Thai but now my tummy is killing me. It's the second time it's happened there so I'm wondering if it's something particular I'm having that doesn't agree with me.
Oh bloody hell... Just realised what it was: pea shoots (I'm mildly allergic/intolerant to peas of all things 🙄)

Off to work soon. Having a cuppa and watching tv. Double shift and I will be popping in on poorly DR this afternoon. Home late evening but back out late evening to pick DH up from the station. I won't get as much walking in today but I suspect I still hit 10,000 steps as job is active and I'm in the move constantly.
B- cuppa & Vanilla and almond milkshake
D- spinach and ricotta tortellini with italian meat
S- sugar free sherberts, fruit
That's sub 1000.

Yesterday was a strange day, I/my work has had more visibility than I'm currently comfortable with even though it's really exactly what I want 🤷🏻♀️ (I really wish I could share more here without outing myself!)
Thankfully it's a quiet day today which is exactly what I need.
L: baked potato and left over lentil chilli with salad
D: stir fry veg and tofu with jasmine rice and spring rolls.
Oh and I'm now eating 'normally' (albeit 16:8 and No S) so it'll be interesting to see what the scales say about it on Friday!

@DottieLottie1 it's quite hard isn't it to hit 10,000 steps if you're not actually on a long walk. You must be bopping around all over the place. You could I guess incorporate lunges and knee to elbow type moves to work those muscles if you're not already.
I'm trying to do more back exercises which are a pilates move so also strengthen my core tummy muscles.
@Seer Peas such a strange thing to be intolerant to but good that you know. Exciting stuff re your work.

@Seer your work does sound interesting even though we dont really know what you do. @TantricTwist and I have our visions but we are probably way off the mark! 😂

Mmm spinach and ricotta tortellini, yumminess.
I stuck to my Ramen (no chicken as had chicken for lunch) essentially noodles in a broth with pak Choi. Delicious and just what I needed, followed by a creamy activia yoghurt. I should have planned better and added an egg to it, pre boiled and cut in halves. I'll do that next time.
Another working day and another double shift. I need to source DS a pocket dictionary (how you can call it pocket sized 🤷🏼♀️) so that's one job to do In between shifts. I'll also stop by a coffee shop and grab a hot drink, will probably browse the net for bikinis!!!
Although I'm now really quite slim I have noticed my skin around my stomach and upper thighs is slightly loose- only noticeable if I squash it 🙄🙄🙄. It kind of reminds me of that jelly belly you get straight postpartum. I definitely need the kettle bells 😬!
B- Vanilla and almond milkshake
L- coconut milk based hot chocolate
D- Roast chicken and salad in pitta
That's around 1100 calories.

I'm STILL feeling a bit bloated and an upset tummy from the pea shoots (yes, what a random allergy 🤷🏻♀️ but I'm so grateful I know!), I'm slowly getting back to normal.

Hey I've lost 2lb yay although I'm a bit meh it's not more but I've barely moved the last few days as I've been poorly.
I'm feeling better @Seer just a bit exhausted with it all.
I'm heading in the right direction though so by August I'll have lost a good amount and maybe even a whole dress size by my event next month - that would be great.
I have to say it's exciting having lost a couple of pounds every week.

I've just discovered there's a Two Meal Day diet (basically you just eat two meals a day 😀) which is exactly what I'm doing with the combo of 16:8 and No S because I'm literally eating 2 meals a day with no snacks.

I've just hopped on the scales for the Friday weigh-in, slightly nervous, given I've been eating pretty much "normally"...
I've maintained! 💃💃💃 and I'm at the low end of my happy zone! I'm really pleased about this.
So this is my continuing plan for the foreseeable future: 2 meals a day with no snacks (except weekends or special days), weighing on Fridays. I won't track cals (I haven't been) but I will continue to write my plans here as I love the accountability and support.
I really had no idea how much I was mindlessly grazing/snacking before now! I'd always thought that I'm not a snacker 🙈😀
Plans today... Kettlebells, work, school run, dog walk then takeaway and 🍷
L: veg stir fry and rice
D: Chinese takeaway and wine
