The lady we know and love, who has brought us 30 Days Of Yoga, is starting a new series of sessions on YouTube from 1 January called .

This just might be the incentive I've been waiting for to establish a daily practice. Does anyone want to join me? Smile

Cece how's your shoulder? I'm only a few days ahead of you - did day 17 this morning. It was lovely. I'm really only doing 4 days a week of Yoga Camp because I never do it on the day of my usual class, or the day I swim in the evening or Saturday which seems to be my 'too lazy to do any exercise today' day. But 5 days of Yoga a week is still OK I think.

I've just done Day 25. Legs felt decidedly less strong after! I'm definitely not managing every day giddy, but doing something active each day, so that's OK. I need to decide which yoga to do next.

With that and Headspace I feel much calmer than when I started. I don't think I realised I wasn't calm, but I was getting over a chest infection and I feel so much better than when I started in January.

Shoulder is fine - thank you for asking! I've even managed a few headstands.

Day14 done yesterday. Been to class today - finished off with crow.

I hope to do Day 15 tomorrow - got an ill dc so might not be able to go to work. I am hoping a good sleep will mean he is well enough but we'll see what the morning brings...

Hi everyone - great to see people continuing and glad your shoulder is feeling better, cece!

I've ended up starting the 30 Days of Yoga series again and really enjoying that (well apart from Day 6 - six pack abs day Grin). Really feels good to be having a daily practice longer than the month rather than drifting without a focus.

I managed to hold side planks for several breaths yesterday, which I was really proud of. And today, I actually managed to get in position for crow - couldn't quite take the weight and balance, but it kind of clicked into place how my elbows/arms connect to my legs to get the support right so I'm thrilled I've made some progress on a pose I always thought "yeah, right. Will never manage THAT"!

Well done, Rubberduck.

I have done day 26, I felt quite stiff on Monday, when I didn't manage any yoga. I think I have got used to feeling more relaxed and flexible after a yoga session!

I need to decide what to do next week when I have finished the Yoga Camp, I might try the yoga for weight loss, and I have some yoga dvds that I haven't done for a while to mix it up a bit.

Day 25 here and I do not feel strong, although my arms are getting a tiny bit better but my crow is not improving. Even my legs were a bit wobbly today. But I'm further on than I got in 30 days so it's all good.

I have a fireTV stick and it seems to organise youtube really well, i can see sets of Adriene's videos grouped by time which seems like a good idea. Still planning 30 days after yoga camp though.

Thank you for this thread, it inspired me to do this as well. I'm new to yoga this year, but am enjoying it, and horrified by how inflexible I am (especially my hamstrings, crikey!).

I'm not quite managing every day (sometimes life / other exercise gets in the way), but I'm due to do Day 11 today, and I started 2 weeks ago.

My question is that I've found it very easygoing so far on the whole (especially compared to classes), apart from maybe one move per session max, where I'm not quite flexible enough to hold a pose that long, but it doesn't happen that frequently. Does it become more challenging as you progress? Any recommendations on what to move onto? Am trying to stretch out my hammies a little bit every day in addition to whatever exercise I've done that day. Hopefully, I'll be able to bend a little more!
