How exciting! This is the first time I've read about a woolly hug arriving (I wasn't sure, but I had envisaged it being accompanied by Justine, Pistey and Woolly on horseback with much fanfare and gin.)

Thanks for letting us in on the arrival. I'm going to out myself a bit now as I'm compiling a woolly hug for someone on another (very small but international) forum and will be posting the finished creation to someone in forn parts and so I am more than a little nervous excited and interested in how it is done the Mumsnetty way.

Yegods - we do try to deliver by hand wherever possible, Knotty and I have met many of our lovely and inspiring recipient families, we have visited folk at home, met in London, and lovely lemon truffles came to me just before Christmas. We would have absolutely loved to meet Trin but she is too far at this time, so it must be couriered. We love the couriers as we can track the Hug every point of the journey!

Just waiting for the UPS driver right now, Trin the van will look like this, and if your driver is anything like mine, they will be wearing SHORTS
