We have heard the dreadfully sad news that Chipmonkey's baby daughter died unexpectedly this week. Condolence thread is here Chipmonkey has said tonight that she would love to receive a MN blanket.

Because Knotty is snowed under a mountain of wool, I am taking on the coordination for this, so if you are a donor or a crafter needing a match - please PM me and I will match you up. I know there is an amazing army of donor, knitter and crochet stars, and I am hoping that you will feel able to help with this blanket too.

So if you feel that you can help, please PM me with your offers: crafting, donating, need wool, don't need wool, and I will sort it all out, and when you are ready to post, PM me for the address.

I will have to get back on the deadline...

But thank you in advance.

Oi - Pistey" - didn't I contribute to this one, or did the squares I gave you* go to a different blanket? Hmm

ello lovely!

Yes your squares I use that term quite loosely regarding one of them arf are going into the blanket for Chipmonkey. I am hoping for a few more squares this week, maybe even today just keeping my fingers crossed that Whore doesn't send me something random by mistake and then I think that the making side is done. Then I'll post a very long list of lovely crafters, and you will be there!!!!!!

And thank you. Thanks
And obviously I am only joking re the ribbed square not being square, before you go off on a tirade!!!

Are you expecting more squares or do you need more squares?

Soupy - you are so sweet, but thank you, we have plenty of squares, there just have been a couple of people whose knitting got held up by life in the real world.

Still arffing about your parcel and DH's embarrassment. Worth every penny!!
Brew Cheers!!

:) I will fully acknowledge that the cabling did pull in the sides a bit on my first attempt. But it stretches out OK Grin I learnt to put in a stablising rib in the next one. :)

resurecte or resurrect - either way, no worries! Grin

The blanket for Chipmonkey is under construction, Knotty has been very busy indeed, so no pics as yet, but it is going to be absolutely glorious. Cookie, I'll make sure you see the link when it comes, but it won't be for a while just yet.

Hello Osmiornica

The blanket is going to be delivered to the lovely Chipmonkey on Good Friday. We will be linking to some photographs just before it goes to her and her family, so look out for a link just around Easter time.

Thanks
