From Nick Wallis' Genderblog:

On 6 August 2026, BBC Three Counties local radio station, which covers Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, ran a half hour current affairs chat on the Jonathan Vernon-Smith Show. The midday item was posed as a question: “Do you think it’s right to tell transgender people which toilet to use?”

The first contributor put on air to talk about that question were Robin Moira White, a male barrister who claims to be a woman. Robin advocates for men to be able to use women’s toilets and does so himself. The next guest was Nora Padilla, a full-time policy officer at the campaign group TransActual, which also advocates for men to be able to use women’s toilets. Then we heard from “Michelle” from Watford. Like Robin, Michelle is a man who claims to be a woman and – surprise surprise – advocates for male use of female facilities....
[my bold]

And the story goes on. And gets more and more damning for the BBC. The useless, ridiculously activist, taxpayer-supported BBC... Still.

BBC Gender Apology Row

Now they’re in trouble. Sex Matters. (l-r) Dr Helen Joyce, Maya Forstater and Fiona McAnena I am not a defund the BBC sort, but I can understand the frustrations of those who are. I have spok…

No, come on. You have zero care for the need of trans women. Why should we care about GC needs?

I doubt that most women know what you mean by 'GC', or that you have a clear idea either.

But apparently you think they should all give up single sex provision? That everything should be mixed sex?

Rollingpinofdoom · 13/09/2026 00:32

So that’s a no on the benefits then. Gotcha. In that case No!

Now do the Good Law Project😁

Agreed! Though they also do some good work which frankly should have been done by the likes of Sex Matters - but I'm not sure all of their board care about anything that doesn't involve trans people.

NotTodayTy · 13/09/2026 00:27

No, you’re just asking us to put ourselves in degrading and unsafe situations. Why specifically should I care what GC women want?

You should certainly campaign for adequate unisex or dedicated provision where appropriate.

What about if I agreed with you there is no benefit to women? Wouldn’t you also agree there is also no benefit to trans women for using male spaces?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. What good work have the Good Laugh Project done? They’ve lost nearly every case they’ve brought and now they’re grifting again. Unless you mean services to comedy. In which case, yeah they’ve done good work.

I do think Nick's actions here will backfire. It essentially means that any time any GC person is on - they will have to be balanced by either someone trans or trans inclusive. So it's not quite the win he's making out - but that won't bring in the adulation he clearly feels he needs.

Maybe they should have guests on in proportion to the numbers in the population. So eg. 20 million women, 50,000 transwomen equals - oh dear - that's 0.0025 of a transwoman.

alcovecupboards · 13/09/2026 00:37

Rollingpinofdoom · 12/09/2026 23:37

You’re the one who said you didn’t think some GC people were pretending to be GC didn’t you? I suppose that’s nothing to with the fact they’d make mincemeat out of any TRA pitted against them. The interview with KJK and Helen Webberley is a great case in point. Even Piers Morgan can verbally beat a TRA. Which is something.

You're correct - I said some. You decided that meant all GC people. And then once against decided to do some Whataboutery. And I suspect we won't agree on KJK and her bizarre claims that kebab shops up and down the country were selling the remains of abused women. And her display today was just dreadful.

Are you at all concerned with how trans women feel and what they want?

A few years ago, probably, but then you and your community demanded rights to things you were not entitled to. You’ve got to understand that we will no longer be backed into a corner by men that demand our spaces.

Well don't use the effin men's spaces then. Just use the unisex ones, and leave women alone

But there is a benefit to TIM using male spaces. They help to show men that men can be GNC and don’t have to adhere to dull, boring, outdated gender stereotypes. Might even encourage more men to be GNC. They’ll be widening the bandwidth of what it is to be male, and smashing rigid gender stereotypes, thus allowing more people to express themselves in a GNC way.

The fight to stop victims of rape having to name their children after their abusers. https://goodlawproject.org/campaign/not-his-name/ I'm not sure why you'd laugh at such a thing. Unless of course you're another one who doesn't actually care about women's rights unless it involves attacking trans people?

Give her back her name | Good Law Project

No survivor should face harm from the very system that is meant to protect them. No child should have to carry an abuser’s name. It’s time to change the system

I actually used to be a full on trans ally. But then I got told to educate myself. And here I am. 🤣🤣🤣

Notice I said nearly every case. Shame they’ve embroiled themselves to much in the gender ideology.

You were quite explicit in your derision about the victims of this injustice. You've shown your true colours - blinded by your own hatred. Very sad.

Trans women don’t exist to educate man

But think about it, if men accepted that men can dress in whatever they please, then TIM would be safer in men’s spaces and transphobia would decrease. So that’s a benefit isn’t it? Reducing transphobia and expressing themselves however they wish. The world would then be safer for transpeople and everyone will be happy.

Awww noooo. I made a random on the Internet sad… I’ll have to turn in my woman card and become a TIM. That way I can get rid of all empathy and compassion.

What(aboutery) has this got to do with transgender people and toilets?

Funny how I can easily think of the benefits to TIM for using male spaces, but the TRA can never come up with a benefit to women for giving theirs up.,l.

What about the warm fuzzy feeling you’ll get from being nice to others? 😉

I'll have the another warm feeling altogether if there's a man in the female toilets.
