Today was another Parkrun Saturday and like every weekend the achievements by women was demoted by men running in the female category.

We are hoping to change this! In only a few weeks time, we will debut Reality Rules Runners UK at Parkrun. We hope that many hundreds (hopefully thousands) of you will join us to send a clear and strong statement to Parkrun about the huge support there is for fairness and sex-based categories at their events.

All sports events are responsible for putting on fair events. This includes free, volunteer run, community events like Parkrun.

So please tell people about Reality Rules Runners UK, as we are hoping to attract lots more supporters before our debut at Parkrun on 3 October.

Thank you! 🙏

Not me mate. Like I said, sometimes keeping a spreadsheet to keep things straight is a good idea…

You agreed there was an inconsistency. I was replying to that thread of conversation, which you can follow via quote history, no spreadsheet required.

My point is: the anti-trans movement is enabling creeps like this.

Staring at, commenting on and being really breathtakingly graphic about trans people's boobs and genitals is commonplace within your movement.

Including those of children.

How many times have you confronted a GC poster on here for graphic descriptions of children's genitals? Or breasts being "amputated," "mutilated," "lopped off"?

Or all the men here discussing utterly disgusting, totally fictional 'child with grown naked man' scenarios?

But a normal slang word for breasts and you take the high ground. What a massive surprise.

How are women on the Internet discussing women’s rights to sex based spaces “enabling” men to stare at your kid’s body?

what are you on about with the “all the men” malarkey? Are you ok hun?

Inconsistencies? Colour me surprised.

He started uni this month. Do you need the concept of time explained to you?

Yes, creepy men staring at ‘tits’ is an entirely new phenomenon enabled by the ‘anti-trans movement’. Of course it is.

I'd be a lot more fine if the gender critical movement didn't accommodate quite so many creepy blokes who like talking about kids' bodies all day hun

You see, it’s all us nasty women telling men to do this. I mean, men are renowned for listening to women when we tell them to stop creepy behaviour, or to stop raping and assaulting us 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Because gender critical feminists are fixated on policing bathrooms and saying stuff like ‘WE CAN ALWAYS TELL.’

There a direct line from there to ‘transinvestigators’; the movement you are part of is absolutely empowering the sort of bigots who would go up to a stranger and ask ‘what are you??’

Accommodating such men within a supposedly feminist movement in 2026 is very new phenomenon.

Do we??? Where? So how come women can enable men to do this, but somehow can’t enable them to stop raping us? If your daughter has a problem with men ogling her, take it up with the men, not random women on the Internet.

what men do is not women’s fault

This is really reaching.

Women are to blame for what men do!

Someone remind me what number rule of misogyny that is?

Yeah, this.

It's allowing violent cis men to set themselves up as 'protectors of women' and stare at young girls' bodies.

Again, take it up with the bigots. Why not challenge them directly? What the chuff do you expect women to do about it? We’re not their mums.

I think you've forgotten one of the basic rules of misogyny 😂

He started uni this month. Do you need the concept of time explained to you?

I am looking forward to Professor Jim Al-Khalili’s Royal Institution Christmas Lecture on this topic where he believes he has solved the problem of the flow of time.

I hope your child finds the local park run okay being a frequent attender.

FlirtsWithRhinos · 03/10/2026 23:01

So very very tired of "women you mustn't talk about why Genderism is fucking you over, nor explain in simple language why pretending a man is a woman has massive injustices for women, because those other people over there might use your distress and anger at the genuine injustice being done to you to further their own agenda. So fuck you and your needs and your identity and your rights, your role here is to lie back and think of how much happier the trans people will be because of your sacrifice, because after all, you are just boring everyday women, and they matter so much more than you."

murasaki · 03/10/2026 23:02

TransParentlyAnnoyed · 03/10/2026 23:00

Yeah, this.

It's allowing violent cis men to set themselves up as 'protectors of women' and stare at young girls' bodies.

Oh give over. That's just silly. And anyway, I thought you were complaining they were staring at your son, you can't have it both ways.

TransParentlyAnnoyed · 03/10/2026 23:00

Yeah, this.

It's allowing violent cis men to set themselves up as 'protectors of women' and stare at young girls' bodies.

Then take it up with the men doing that. And if you do see a Cis man doing this, take it up with CSCS. You can get their employer involved that way. Either way

what men do is not women’s fault.

I’m not asking you to challenge them; I’m asking you to stop encouraging them, empowering them, and cheering them on.

If you just STOPPED doing anything at all, you would cause less harm to cis women and trans people than you are doing now.

Hadley Freeman defended Woody Allen. She attacked his accuser in print.

JK Rowling defended Johnny Depp after he was ruled a domestic abuser.

Remind me what the number one rule of feminism is?

Clue: it's noticing when the men in your supposedly feminist movement are most interested in discussing children's bodies, posting graphic nudes of people they say are trans children, and attacking supportive parents.

He was a boy and now a man. That's how it works.

Always a baby to me, obvs. I still can't cope with the idea he's old enough to drink, he looks about 12.

Why are you focusing on these micro aggressions towards women when there’s so much bigger stuff to focus on like Trump praising the Cornell men?

How exactly am I encouraging and cheering men on to harm anyone? Do tell. With receipts. Or apologise.

Well he can't be a transman if that's the case, can he. Do try to get your narrative straight.

So you want women to stop fighting for their sex based rights? So how exactly will that benefit women? What material benefit will women get for allowing men into female prisons, crisis centres, refuges, changing rooms and hospital wards? How will that make women safer?
