Most people would qualify me as a woman and I present as a woman, some people would say that a woman needs two complete X chromosomes though.

DSD is the common terminology in the UK , and the choice of the UK DSD community

and in the UK your condition is considered a condition of a female - you are considered female just with some chromatic abnormalities that affect some aspects of your bodies functionality

The preferred term on here is DSD because we've had posters who have a condition and they have said that's what they prefer.
Your are a women, who ever says you're not is wrong, everyone who has a DSD condition is either male or female there is no intersex, or other sex, or less sex. If your condition is one that only females can get then you are a woman regardless of what anyone else says.

My secondary school started sex ed lessons in year 8 because so many school girls were getting pregnant. Sex was never really mentioned in biology ( probably why everyone was getting pregnant)

Who says women need two X chromosomes? Development along male or female pathways is generally dependent on presence or absence of the SRY gene, ergo those without are generally female.

OP, you have my sympathy. I find it sickening that those pushing this nonsense have spread the ideas that sex is a spectrum and too complicated to understand so well that it has been taken up, even by otherwise rational and intelligent members of the population.

I’ve often pointed out that, if our understanding of sex had really changed so radically, it would have been front page news.

Also what an astonishing coincidence it is that sex suddenly became too complicated to understand at EXACTLY the same time that men started claiming they were women and demanding access to women’s spaces.

Even family members, who should know better, have told me this nonsense, even though I’m a vet. It’s not quite the most frustrating thing about this whole situation, but it is right up there in the “really annoying shit that has gone on way too long and still doesn’t seem to be ending” category.

Cakegender is a gastrogender that is related to cake which is soft and fluffy like cake. It can also be sweet or warm. Cakegender can also come in different "flavors" which could change how the gender feels. One could also feel as if one's gender tastes like cake. One who is cakegender may also feel their gender, or "flavors", are layered, similar to a layered cake.

I would imagine in about a decade from now, when the UK population deaths are expected to out number the births, the UK governments are going to start being very, very clear that there are only two sexes.

One member of each of these two sexes are required to procreate and anyone who hasn't had their fertility completely eradicated by wrong sex hormones, mutilations and puberty blockers will be given all the incentives to have more children.

Your experiences are extremely welcome here. Turner syndrome only affects females. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't see you as a woman since you are one. I hope you are receiving the support you need from your doctors who sound a bit vague where it's important to be precise.
