I'm not debating whether it is ok to cut out trans or bisexual people from your potential dating partners, I'm just saying that the OP's issue is with trans women coming up as potential matches irrespective of their sexual orientation. It isn't like he's reporting that he can't filter out bisexual women. He's saying that he can't filter out trans women automatically. That's about someone with a gender identity. Not someone who isn't straight.

Someone confused this with sexual orientation. I said his issue is not sexual orientation, it is trans women/TIMs. If it was sexual orientation, he would specifiy that he only wants straight women (not bisexual women) to show up as potential matches. He is not saying that.

The sexual orientation of potential matches hasn't been cited as a problem by the OP. Again, he hasn't said he doesnt want to see bisexual women in his feed. The issue he has is that when he wants to see women, trans women are also in the mix.

So again, his issue is not sexual orientation or people who want a penis. The only people he wants to filter out when he searches for available women are trans women/TIMs. Trans men/TIWs won't be in his searches because they will identify as male/men.

You're acting as if people who have been maimed in the most extreme way possible are a significant category of people that it's necessary to specifically include or exclude from your dating pool.

"I want to date women, not someone with a penis" has a very obvious meaning that is understood by everyone and it has no reference to chopping body parts off.

They've been banning lesbians from dating sites for trying to exclude "trans lesbians" aka men from their dating preferences for years now.
