People with body dysmorphia have brain differences, people with ASD have brain differences. All it means is that they have a disorder. Trans people having brain differences doesn't make them the opposite sex, it means they have a disorder.

Sex is observed at birth, not assigned. There isn’t a sorting hat popped on your head when you exit the uterus and then you grow a penis or vagina. Your sex is in almost every cell of your DNA and has been since the moment of conception. It’s like a stick of rock and immutable, regardless of presentation. Wear a dress, paint your nails, sleep with whomever you like as long as it’s legal. Bang on about pronouns - I’ll happily call you Miss User and refer you as ‘she’ if that’s what you want. I don’t care - whatever floats your boat - but I wouldn’t really believe it, I’d just be indulging you for a quiet life. But you’re not, and never will be, female. The thing with pronouns is that ultimately the choice of which to use is up to the person talking about you. It's something you can try to choose for yourself, and you can even try to make people comply, but at the end of the day if people don't agree with you there's not much you can do about it. After all people are just responding to how you present yourself to the world, and it's very blokeish.

Oh, and my DS wasn't assigned male at birth, his sex was observed at 20 weeks gestation (in utero). So around 20 weeks before he was even born.
