Are you going to reject all research that disagrees with you even if your own research poses the same methodological flaws? BecUse it sounds like you're already gearing up to say any research that disagrees with you isnt real research.

Look, share the figures you claim show that disprove the figures we've shared, like the YouGov polls and the Sexmatters polls.

Polls show around 20% of women say that men should be in women's spaces if they say they are trans.

I understand cis female to mean someone without a DSD. Most people use it to describes women like me who was assigned female at birth based on the appearance of my anatomy and who feels that accurately describes any gender identity they feel they have, too.

Most people don't have a clue what 'cis' means.

Which is why the polls that we've posted use terms like 'sex registered at birth'. To make it clear. Because most people do not use or understand 'cis'.

If you are not confident to defend your point with the data you insist will show it, that is your issue to deal with. if you don’t post it, how can anyone evaluate it?

The polls youve posted are only women, right? Because that is what I always said: About half of WOMEN.

Then you would be contradicting activists and experts who have written about male people with DSDs being cis women.

And if you have wrongfully made that assumption, then perhaps you cannot confidently assert the definition you are insisting it means.

The terms can only make sense with reference to another concept, whether that is the Alps or the Atlantic. In this case the reference point is gendered identity.

Stonewall:

Someone whose gender is the same as the sex they were assigned at birth. For example, a cis(gender) woman is someone who was assigned female at birth and continues to live and identify as a woman.

If you don't identify with a gendered identity, there is no reference point, and the idea that one would identify with a 'gender that is the same as the sex assigned at birth' (by what? not receiving an education if one lives in Afghanistan?) is deeply offensive to many people.

Insisting on clear language is not 'anti-academic'.

People with DSDs are a tiny number of people. When people say cis, they mean not trans. Do show these activists who say these athletes are cis women though since we are all for evidence.

If you were called a girl at birth because you have a vagina and you're OK with that and feel like it is apt for you for whatever reason, you are cis. That's all it means. You aren't trans. You don't have to ID as cis but if you deny being cis then I'd assume you mean you aren't the gender you were stated to be at birth.
