Transgender women will not be prosecuted in the use of women’s single sex facilities

You can support transgender rights or not but the law isn’t itself politics. Transgender women will not be prosecuted in the use of women’s single sex facilities in public in the standard use the facilities was built for.

A standard use is:

• A transgender woman goes into the women’s toilet facilities in a cubicle for the purposes of relieving bodily fluids.
• A transgender woman goes into the women’s changing facilities in a cubicle for the purposes of removing clothing for leisure activities.
• A transgender woman goes into the women’s toilet facilities to protect the transgender women of being attacked or sexually assaulted.

A transgender woman in the standard uses of the women’s facilities are not exposing the users of the single sex facilities.

A transgender woman in the standard uses of the women’s facilities are not exposing child users in the single sex facilities.

A child user using single sex women’s facilities can’t deny other women public access of the facilities the child user believes are transgender.

With official documentation of the new sex will be difficult to disprove the claim of the transgender women being the male sex.

No harassment or sexual offences can be found against the transgender woman in the standard use of the women’s facilities with official documentation of the new sex.

A woman in the women’s single sex facility can be prosecuted for an offence and or removed if the woman is abusing or harassing the other user of being transgender without proof.

A woman recording and sharing publicly the other user without proof of being transgender can prosecuted.

The Supreme Court ruling or EHRC guidance has not changed the law to prosecute transgender women in women’s single sex spaces.

Transgender women have history of official records to support beyond a reasonable doubt the new gender identity. Have protection of gender discrimination.

Prosecution of transgender women is not going to work in the standard uses of the women’s facilities.

A woman can complain to management but unless management decides to take action to resolve the issue no action can be taken against the other user.

So the whole risk assessment story is bollocks isn’t it because there were no disabled staff and he was already using that toilet. A company wouldn’t do a risk assessment because a toilet was broken, they’d call a plumber

It also goes against the point a lot of TRAs make, that there isn't a problem because women don't speak up. Most women wouldn't speak up in this scenario - they'd be risking their work relationships and potential future career by objecting. There's every chance that most women voting didn't actually want to agree but did out of peer pressure and fear of being branded 'mean'

We can’t call Tiffany Gary and must use pronouns she/her/they. Gary wears daily a skirt and tights and blouse blazer. Skirt does show a bit of a bump. Too tight for Gary. Heels are awful. I wear comfort shoes and stretchy trousers with a nice blouse or jumper. Transgender women have weird clothing preferences.

This is complete bullshit. You can’t “risk assess” your way out of complying with the 1992 Workplace Regulations, nor complying with the Equality Act 2010. Not even if everyone really really wants to.

I am getting very confused. The beginning of the thread was about women having to put up with TW trampling all over women's legal rights and that TW have "won" but now we are talking about Gary buggering up the plumbing so he can use the women's loos because all the men are nasty and Gary isn't safe.

On clothes choices dude at one of my clients made a big thing of wearing his dead wife’s clothing, seems one of them (we all knew who) had a penchant for micro skirts and stockings 🤮 not the best look on anyone when approaching retirement

OP I have to say I haven’t read the whole thread as it’s a bit baffling but you say you are using toilets cubicles and this is a workplace.

The Workplace legislation clearly states that mixed sex toilets should be in their own room. If you have cubicles with door gaps, the Health and Safety Executive say they can only be in a single sex environment.

A cubicle is not a room.

I have been researching toilet safety for several years and cubicles (with a gap above and below the doors) are the safest design for many reasons of health and safety. BUT cubicles should only lead out into a single sex environment.

This workplace is breaking the above legislation.
