Transgender women will not be prosecuted in the use of women’s single sex facilities

You can support transgender rights or not but the law isn’t itself politics. Transgender women will not be prosecuted in the use of women’s single sex facilities in public in the standard use the facilities was built for.

A standard use is:

• A transgender woman goes into the women’s toilet facilities in a cubicle for the purposes of relieving bodily fluids.
• A transgender woman goes into the women’s changing facilities in a cubicle for the purposes of removing clothing for leisure activities.
• A transgender woman goes into the women’s toilet facilities to protect the transgender women of being attacked or sexually assaulted.

A transgender woman in the standard uses of the women’s facilities are not exposing the users of the single sex facilities.

A transgender woman in the standard uses of the women’s facilities are not exposing child users in the single sex facilities.

A child user using single sex women’s facilities can’t deny other women public access of the facilities the child user believes are transgender.

With official documentation of the new sex will be difficult to disprove the claim of the transgender women being the male sex.

No harassment or sexual offences can be found against the transgender woman in the standard use of the women’s facilities with official documentation of the new sex.

A woman in the women’s single sex facility can be prosecuted for an offence and or removed if the woman is abusing or harassing the other user of being transgender without proof.

A woman recording and sharing publicly the other user without proof of being transgender can prosecuted.

The Supreme Court ruling or EHRC guidance has not changed the law to prosecute transgender women in women’s single sex spaces.

Transgender women have history of official records to support beyond a reasonable doubt the new gender identity. Have protection of gender discrimination.

Prosecution of transgender women is not going to work in the standard uses of the women’s facilities.

A woman can complain to management but unless management decides to take action to resolve the issue no action can be taken against the other user.

It will depend on how the OP answers the question I asked her.

I think that’s what op means, after they disingenuously misinterpreted what I said. I meant the majority of women in this country, who aren’t happy with men in their spaces.

I remember Gary walking into the women’s toilet when I didn’t have my trousers on. I was washing the trousers under the sink to remove the blood. I did feel uncomfortable and tensed up I was exposed.

It would be nice if Gary could stay in the disabled toilet but Gary is okay.

He’s not okay. He has no right to make you or any other woman uncomfortable in your own single-sex spaces. That is not fine.

Gary may be OK, I mean he's obviously not as he's transgressing boundaries at work that your employer has enabled, but your employer should NEVER have allowed you to be put in that position.

I don't blame you for wanting to just go to work get paid come home, no rocking of boats, but your employers are currently shafting every woman in your building to please one man. That is not right.

The other women love Gary and is supported. It will not change.

That still doesn’t make it okay. There’s every chance it will change if a new woman comes in and kicks up a fuss because it’s very much illegal. I wouldn’t be so sure they all love him wither; they might just want to be seen to be kind and cool with it.

I'm not saying leave tomorrow, but honestly I'd look for a new job. It's a lot to take on the establishment and tribunals are not fun and I totally get why women put up with shit like this, but you might want to start looking at what other jobs are out there. If your employer treats you like this in one area it won't be the only thing they are doing wrong.

I work with a transgender woman and they use the disabled toilets as the women space is in their words “private and sacred area to do your business”.

I presume Gary used the women's before those dratted FWS women took the Scottish government to the supreme court and ruined all of Gary's fantasies plans.

I sent in my CV to jobs in the local area and I did get an interview and offered a job but the hours wasn’t good for me being a single parent.

Gary can use the women’s toilet if the disabled toilet is out of order. Gary went in the women’s toilet last week. The disabled toilet has a plumbing issue.

But you said earlier he didn’t use the ladies? I’m so confused. Mind you im easily confused.

You can’t give that permission.

Unlike one man's wants overiding 10 women's needs, job hunting is a numbers game.

Take the positives, you are employable elsewhere, which is always good to know! You just have to keep applying for anything and everything that fits your skill set. If one employer wanted to employ you others will as well. At some point the hours and pay will also line up with what you're looking for. Speak to recruiters who'll do the finding the jobs for you.

It's all so much clearer how the women are being shat on from a great height when everyone accepts Gary is Gary despite calling himself Tiffany isn't it!

Does that mean Gary was actually still Gary and not Tiffany when he started working there? He's transitioned whilst in that workplace?

If so then the whole "oh no the poor waif can't use the horrible men's toilets because of all the scary men" even more ridiculous.
