This is scary. A Human Rights Commission arguing for the removal of hard won women's rights in order to give men, rights that they don't need. FFS

Lets not forget the legal team for Tickle said Sal should have known he was a woman as his photo showed him wearing a v neck.

Have they checked the menswear section of any Australian shop? Even Kmart sells men’s t-shirts in crew (round) and v neck. V necks are for everybody.

I wear round neck tops. V necks show off too much of my ample boobs. Though using their logic I guess should be wearing v necks because I have breasts and should display them for men to look upon and increase my attractiveness to them.

Australia has lost the plot on this so I’m not confident for her. Wish her all the best.

The way Sal has explained this in the past is that, no matter what the judgement is in this case, one of the parties will appeal it. So she still has a further legal hearing to go through - I admire her so much for keeping going in the face of such a stressful future. I donate to the crowdfunder whenever I have a few bob spare because she will have such huge legal bills.
