OP "If anyone could help me to understand, I would be extremely grateful. I just want my daughter to be alive and happy in her own skin as much as possible ."

Responses: "diy is reliable and safe, there are communities that will be able to help, and really all it is getting a blood test every now and then to check how low or high a couple numbers are and adjusting accordingly."

How is this even slightly legal? The pro anorexia sites were shut down right? The pro suicide?

As transsexuals, we know if we pass or don't pass. And I know I do!

How come there are so many obvious blokes who say they pass, then?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 19/03/2026 18:41

You’re an anonymous random on the internet, mate. I have no idea whether you can convince people that you’re female. I personally believe it’s unlikely though, given how few men can.

No, in the recent GLP legal case the judge confirmed that th EHRC guidance was lawful.

It’s worth remember UK courts were against gender recognition and that was overturned in Goodwin. Just because a judge says it’s legal, that doesn’t make it so

You are a male person.

Single sex provisions are not segregated on gender identities. That has been clarified in the UK.

You can choose to ignore the EA 2010 but organisations have to capacity to ban your access.

I will continue to use women's spaces and if challenged, I would say I am a cis woman. There's no way for them to prove I'm not

Helleofabore · 19/03/2026 18:43

The reaction to being told ‘no, you should respect female people’s needs for single sex provisions and the EA2010’ is coming across as very familiar.

You are happy to continue harassing and abusing women.

That rulings a lot more complex than that. And it's also being challenged

It’s worth remember UK courts were against gender recognition and that was overturned in Goodwin. Just because a judge says it’s legal, that doesn’t make it so

Various recent legal cases have now stated that Goodwin is irrelevant due to the GRA and FWS judgment.

Also, the supreme court is the highest court in the UK so unless parliament change the law the judgment in FWS stands

ArabellaScott · 19/03/2026 18:45

ATranssexualWoman · 19/03/2026 18:45

I'm not?

Men using women's single sex spaces is abusive.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 19/03/2026 18:45

Whats more “complex” about it that you think we haven’t grasped? The GLP lost. Of course they are challenging, pointless court cases are their entire grift.

spannasaurus · 19/03/2026 18:53

The only thing that all women have in common is being female
