OP "If anyone could help me to understand, I would be extremely grateful. I just want my daughter to be alive and happy in her own skin as much as possible ."

Responses: "diy is reliable and safe, there are communities that will be able to help, and really all it is getting a blood test every now and then to check how low or high a couple numbers are and adjusting accordingly."

How is this even slightly legal? The pro anorexia sites were shut down right? The pro suicide?

Women using women's spaces aren't predators.

You aren't a woman. You are a man

And here we have aggression because women will not accept you as a woman

That word 'no' innit?

Women are not allowed to say no to men.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 19/03/2026 18:31

I mean, it’s just silly. The pp is neither biologically or legally a woman, parroting the opposite is pointless.

That's not what my birth certificate, sex characteristics, passport, friends, family, hormonal makeup, etc say.

And yes. Writ large over this thread from male posters.

What did it say on the birth certificate issued when you were born?

Don't tend to use outdated documents. My current one says female however

Plenty of people here have been way more aggressive than I was in that message. I’m frustrated from you bad faith misrepresentations and arguments.

RedToothBrush · 19/03/2026 18:34

The point remains.

It doesn't matter how much you call yourself a woman and transition, everyone identifies you as not a female/woman. You are therefore treated differently to women. Whether you like it or not you can't control this.

And deep down you know this too - cos that's what dysphoria is all about - knowing you are male but wanting not to be.

Yes, it’s what we call a legal fiction. Doesn’t hold any weight in the Equality Act though.

Dude I pass lol. People treat me as a woman as that's all they see.

Do they aye.

It’s not that deep down, that’s why these posters feel the need to come here to wang on endlessly about their “identities”. They wouldn’t care so much if they were fully secure in them.

Also doesn't hold any weight in my day to day life. Even the govt knows how unenforceable this is hence they've stalled the guidance

Helleofabore · 19/03/2026 18:37

ATranssexualWoman · 19/03/2026 18:22

Yeah cus a poll commissioned by an anti-trans pressure group is definitely an unbiased report that couldn't possible have been designed to favour their point of view.

Right???

And yet the Yougov UK tracker shows similar opinions.

For at least the past 4-5 years.

happy to post the links to the data for each tracker conducted if you like.

That's why they force themselves into the women's toilet too. To impose themselves and revalidate.

Knowing that women won't challenge.

It's peacocking behaviour.

It's still the law whether guidance has been issued or not. Any guidance issued will have to be in accordance with the supreme court judgment

ATranssexualWoman · 19/03/2026 18:38

Ereshkigalangcleg · 19/03/2026 18:37

Yeah which is why no guidance has come forward because they know it's either incompatible with UKSC, or incompatible with ECHR.

ArabellaScott · 19/03/2026 18:38

Because I like to remind you that trans people have always existed and always will.

Helleofabore · 19/03/2026 18:40

ATranssexualWoman · 19/03/2026 18:25

I am a woman, and so I use women's spaces.

You are a male person.

Single sex provisions are not segregated on gender identities. That has been clarified in the UK.

You can choose to ignore the EA 2010 but organisations have to capacity to ban your access.

No, in the recent GLP legal case the judge confirmed that th EHRC guidance was lawful.
