REMINDER in the case HMA v Alexander Salmond a court order remains in place preventing the publication of the names and identity, and any information likely to disclose the identity, of the complainers. Contempt is punishable by up to two years in prison and/or an unlimited fine.

Given Cherry's legal qualifications I doubt she'll have published anything she can't back. Maybe a fair turnabout her publisher getting the book out pre election given the murrell trial now isn't happening till post election.

In the contempt of court case, the man was sent to prison. Not for “discussing” it, for blatantly outing the victims. Which has started again due to this hissy fit book. God love them. She, and all of you, should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves. They will never get peace.
