I don't know! I was just going to wait for online comments from GLP or Sex Matters.

Does anyone know if we can watch it? And where the judgement will be published online?

I've just asked co-pilot, and it said we won't be able to watch live streams from this court. It said to check the GLP website.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/02/2026 10:33

Yes I imagine Jolyon will be skeeting or whatever they call it. Either in victory or to beg for more funds to challenge it.

MoistVonL · 13/02/2026 10:49

11 minutes to go...

GreenUp · 13/02/2026 10:50

I feel worried about the outcome. I read some article about the judge that says he was formerly the government's top lawyer. What if he is just minded to favour the government's position and allow TW access as one of the 'loopholes' argued for by Bridget Phillipson's barrister.

This is a higher level court than the previous employment tribunals, so I think the judgment will be binding.

Re sources, the Palestine Action judgment, with press summary, has already appeared here:

https://www.judiciary.uk/

But not yet on the National Archives website, so this (and GLP, Sex Matters etc) may be a good place to look in (checks watch) eight minutes time.....

Is it broadcast anywhere?

He was performativity not understanding safeguarding yesterday. His use of language is so mangled that I can't even be sure of the sexes of these two hypothetical 8 year olds

This is frighteningly like the PIE argument that the child enjoyed his or her abuse.

And always 8 year olds.

https://goodlawproject.org/update/high-court-rules-on-lawfulness-of-the-ehrcs-interim-guidance/

Although the High Court decided that trans exclusion is not required in the context of service provision, its conclusions on workplaces are much more concerning. The court said that unless toilets and changing rooms are provided in individual lockable rooms, then employers will be required to offer single-sex facilities – and these must be trans-exclusionary. However, the court was clear that this does not mean additional, inclusive facilities cannot be provided, and that appropriate provision should be made for trans employees to avoid discrimination.

IceOnTheLake · 13/02/2026 11:02

It's been dismissed

StrongPoison · 13/02/2026 11:02

Dismissed per Sex Matters on X!

No broadcast for this one due to privacy issues.

SingleSexSpacesInSchools · 13/02/2026 11:03

Is dismissed good? Always thought this was nothing burger case?

EasternStandard · 13/02/2026 11:03

What’s the silver lining he mentions, anyone know?

MelOfTheRoses · 13/02/2026 11:04

A Pretty Grim Decision 🥳

fanOfBen · 13/02/2026 11:04

GLP says "The High Court has now said that this interpretation of the law is wrong. Service providers may lawfully allow trans women to use women’s facilities without being forced to open them to cis men. And such facilities may simply be labelled for ‘men’ and ‘women’. The court has also made clear that it will likely be discriminatory to force trans people to use facilities based on their sex recorded at birth. In short, the law does not require a bathroom ban." - wtaf did it actually say?

Possibly this:

This looks bad to me.

Reddit think this is a win

That he gets to ask for money for an appeal?

MoistVonL · 13/02/2026 11:05

FoxBotherer's nonsense dismissed!
