TRAs are generally supportive of segregation as long as it’s on their terms ie by the undefined criteria of gender. It’s only a bad sort of segregation when they don’t get what they want.

It would be so very interesting to be able to test this and watch the cognitive dissonance explode their tiny minds.

They don’t actually want it segregated by undefined gender though. They want it segregated by sex plus them.

It all feels remarkably like Donald Trump wanting a real Nobel prize, rather than the "trans" versions people have been palming him off with.

Also, the situation that the judge theorised where men could be excluded from a mixed sex 'inclusive' toilet and a claim of discrimination would fail is when they instead have 'separate but equal' provision that doesn't disadvantage them.
