It absolutely is. This is a perfectly classic case of projection: "I'd love to be able to do that, so I assume they want to do it too." Except no, women don't actually want to strip search other women, and they don't go around inventing reasons why they need to do so.

Tell me more. How do you think it would work? Who's going to do the strip searching? Is there going to be a strip searching group at every women's toilet, club, sportsground? That's a lot of people - women, I suppose? Who will pay them? Where are you going to recruit all these women? Will they have a uniform?

Anyway, ignoring the fantasist.... I can understand a WI group who has had one of the "nice transwomen" for years, and have genuinely become friends with them, wanting to find a way of including them. An associate membership idea, open to any male who does things for the group, could be the way forward. But the core idea has to be for women.

It could be as simple as her having an aggressive transwoman in her close family or circle of friends, or even just having been contacted by aggressive TRAs.
