Just to add to this: I wouldn't put it past her to really go. She's fearless. BUT it means giving money to that cause. Personally I couldn't do it.

I doubt it will actually happen. Not only will it implode under the weight of its own righteousness when the virtue signalling starts (obviously no-one will want to be associated with a venue/owner/sponsor/hotdog seller that doesn't have Correct Views) but I imagine the idea of finding themselves next to KJK will hit ticket sales in the name of "feeling unsafe".

Meh. It might sell well. There are still enough people with their heads firmly stuck in the sand over this. I can't be too bothered about it. They're more than welcome to have whatever pointless events they like and waste money on whatever they like. A fool and his money is soon parted.
I don't really mind the good law project wasting their time and money on this stuff. Every time they lose yet again, it just proves in court and in the media that they are pushing absolute nonsense.

How are artists profiting if they don't get paid?

Presuming they aren't getting a fee and are doing it purely for the brownie points.

Not necessarily profiting financially from this but rather in terms of raising their profiles and visibility as cis performers and opportunistically piggy backing on trans lives to do so. Or something.
