This is terrifying news for women in Ireland.
Barbie spent time in the female prison and was eventually moved after making threats to rape, torture and murder female inmates and prison officers.

Same as a PP, Barbie is a strange mix of charming and chilling. He’s utterly insane and clearly a very, very dangerous man while still able to come across very well at times! So strange. I do wonder if the TRAs will be keen to claim him given the fact he’s openly willing to commit genuine and actual violence - which they claim never happens…

I hope his mental health slips so that allows him to be sectioned. That’s the kindest thing I can wish on him - and would give his parents and other women protection from a violent man who shouldn’t be at large.

The casual way he agrees he’s going to rape and murder people is genuinely frightening - because his history suggests it’s not empty words.

And the key point is that BK is not just a 'trans bad apple'.

Everything about the treatment of men in Genderism is engineered to enable this type of personality to enact his desires while minimising the ability of others to interfere, and women to resist.

That man attacked one of the women there and got a suspended sentence. He was directed to that hostel by the authorities.

either way any attempt to rehabilitate has clearly failed.

He was assessed as being highly manipulative and cunning. He can also be very charming.

It already lost a case where be made threats to a PO and an female prisioner.
It was a Jury trial over a number of days and even he was suprised that he ended up with a not guilty verdict. (Per my prior post he explained in graphic detail how he would carry out the attack )

How can a jury find someone not guilty of making threats when the accused admitted to making them?

Absolute farce. He is out till he reoffends and they know this.

Not just where he is living. Presumably he will have freedom of movement to travel anywhere, though I expect he will choose only to stay in places where self id for seriously disturbed , violent men with a professed hatred of women is legal.

Jurys can be a mixed bag.

I think there may have been a little bit of over charge on the section used (?) which was not just making threats ( common assault ?) which made it hard for the jury to accept the bar was reached.

The defence said he was supervised he never would have had the chance and both women had to be "at risk" for the sections to apply.

And TBF after listening to the casual way he spoke its "nuts" but not angry or agressive so calm on the surface (with no prior criminal history disclosed i assume he was not asked about his mother) sounds more like a tantrum by a Walter Mitty type.

Plus the judge saying the State had not proved its case on another charge would not have helped

Unfortunately with travel so easy nowadays, nowhere is safe from offenders.
An Irishman who committed a heinous crime here in Ireland and our police suspect is implicated in at least one murder of a young woman, when released from prison went to the UK. He was also in the Netherlands apparently. But afaik he is now in the UK.
You could be sitting beside him in the pub or on a bus.

I have been hoping that the fact that I live in commuting distance of Limerick (and someone who worked in the prison lives just a few fields away) means that he is unlikely to be housed anywhere round here. Which is a bit mean to people who live everywhere else.
