These threads have mostly been used to follow the case that has taken place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, (and will continue on the 29th October), but were created to follow the fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case last week, and what is allegedly a conspiracy of TRAs to intimidate and harass a number of people, including Graham, with the alleged support of various police services.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

You can support his Substack here
Or buy him a coffee here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. At the time of posting it has reached 64% of its stretch target.
The FSU have managed to get the bail condition that @Glinner must not post on X removed, so he is now freely posting on there again.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court again on 29th October.
You can support Nick here (posted Friday 5th September):
"I am deeply grateful to everyone who has seen fit to bung me the cost of a coffee, a pint or even a bloody London pint since I found out I was able to come back today. If you think you can afford to make a small donation, there’s more info here:"

Good luck @LegalGengar !
@OhBuggerandArse I didn't know the Woodcraft Folk still existed tbh. The Scouts were captured a while back I read...

The one I'm aware of nearest me definitely has someone involved who is very GC.

Just need Caroline Farrow to drop in now 🙂

Unfortunately the Woodcraft Folk are pretty TRA-heavy these days.

The rainbow was also the adopted symbol of the peace movement and derives from the Biblical story of the dove, the olive branch and the rainbow as a sign of hope. I seem to remember CND used it in their array of peace symbols.

More stupid.

Such wankery

If anything was going to make me dislike the rainbow it’d be that Bible story - the symbol that god won’t wipe out nearly all people and animals by flood again, package somehow as a story to tell children with a jolly song associated.

but for me it’s incorruptibly just a wonderfully beautiful result of physics and weather.

@borntobequiet

I think it's because if anal sex. Many men have a fantasy/desire to do anal but many women don't. TW complain of chasers wanting them only for sex and I think it's true. Men can kid themselves they are having (anal)sex with a woman when they are with a TW, once they're done, off they go.

I knew somebody who hoped transitioning would mean that straight men would be attracted to him but the very few men who were interested were deep in the closet and delusional, e.g. married Middle Eastern men on business trips who thought that sex with a transwoman meant they technically weren't gay. Nobody was interested in an actual relationship.

Grin everyone wants a piece of the rainbow

If you think that bit of Noah's story is bad, you really don't want to read the rest of it.

He's on Megyn - interview just dropped:

Megyn Kelly is totally GC fluent. If you think about it, it's amazing. Probably not 1 in 100 of her listeners has even heard of Father Ted, let alone Graham Linehan. One wonders if she browses MN. Has there been any issue in the last 50 years that has had that amount of directional influence flowing from the UK to America?

SabrinaThwaite · 08/09/2025 21:41

I’m quite enjoying Hayden tweeting about the Queen and Heathrow in an effort to forget that JKR has 14 million followers waiting to see if legals are forthcoming.

Saving this one for prosperity.

He’s on BBC news giving an interview in a few minutes. I am sure the newscaster said Gary though!?!!!

lcakethereforeIam · 08/09/2025 22:05

I've seen this touched on elsewhere but if it's been mentioned here I've missed it. Glinner is an Irish citizen, has his Government said anything? I won't hold my breath.

I thought I was imagining that!

Gary Linehan? That's not a Forshiter type 'mistake' is it.

NebulousDog · 08/09/2025 22:12

Readers, I found myself screaming at the telly!

She did.

The interviewer was looking at Glinner like he’s shit on her shoe and speaking with hostility. Nothing impartial about the BBC News on this issue.

TBF it’s her job to put the other side’s view.

I thought Glinner put himself and his views across very well. It’s obvious that he’s angry about the attacks on women’s rights, but he was calm and forthright.

She’s been very well versed on what’s happening both sides of the Atlantic for a few years. She’s interviewed Helen Joyce and Kelly Jay Keen each at least once, and Riley Gaines a number of times to name just a few of her GC guests.

He and the others need the following mantra: there’s no law against being offended. Which is basically the “other side” being presented to him in that interview.

Absolutely.

It was only a short piece, would be interesting to see the whole interview.

Hermyknee · 08/09/2025 22:31

This means they are more likely to carry on reporting on the case which is good.
