These threads have mostly been used to follow the case that has taken place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, (and will continue on the 29th October), but were created to follow the fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case last week, and what is allegedly a conspiracy of TRAs to intimidate and harass a number of people, including Graham, with the alleged support of various police services.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Graham's account of the arrest here
You can support his Substack here
Or buy him a coffee here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. At the time of posting it has reached 64% of its stretch target.
The FSU have managed to get the bail condition that @Glinner must not post on X removed, so he is now freely posting on there again.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court again on 29th October.
You can support Nick here (posted Friday 5th September):
"I am deeply grateful to everyone who has seen fit to bung me the cost of a coffee, a pint or even a bloody London pint since I found out I was able to come back today. If you think you can afford to make a small donation, there’s more info here:"

This is going to be interesting. I can't see it resulting in anything but pure sunlight unless Hayden backs off. And that seems unlikely.

And Wings Over Scotland has a new post out today.

I expect the food colouring in rainbow cheesecakes is bad for you, whereas everyone knows that chocolate can only do you good.

Blimey JKR has poked that particular bear 😱🫣

I can't seem to cut and paste from Nitter, but at the end of the first day Sep 4, Nick Wallis posted the link to to an online payment portal and says that he has been using it for years and it's safe and secure.
Praps someone on Twix can find it and copy it? I don't want to attempt typing it out as I have post migraine brain scramble and don't trust myself

I’ve obviously missed it, but who is “Thomas”?

Thomas Willett, loudmouthed garden variety TRA on X who often tries to ride JKR's coattails like so many of them. He's the one she's responding to in the tweet upthread. I thought he wanted exposure and engagement at any cost. Never seen him lock his account down before.

Trying to catch up, what has JKR done/tweeted?

JKR never fails.

Someone is going to be fuming.

I wonder what the implications of JKRowling interventions are for Hayden's current litigation?

I suspect thats only going to invite more scrutiny from reputable journalists like Nick Wallis and probably the Daily Mail.

I don't know how many actions Hayden has presently, but Legal Gengar has a current crowdfunder over three issues from Hayden.

Legal Gengar has a whole webpage decided to Hayden and doesn't seem to be backing down citing freedom of speech (this was last updated in May).

This webpage says:
"Most of these cases allege similar grounds: harassment and misuse of private information. Some of them have also included a claim for defamation and blackmail."

"For the most part, these stem from claims made by the defendants around the biological reality of Hayden's sex, as well as the public circulation of pre-transition photographs and pre-transition names that Hayden says amounts to harassment. Additionally, some have circulated information regarding spent convictions for which Hayden is rehabilitated under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 which Hayden says amounts to misuse of private information."

Oh. Wait. What HAS JKRowling done?!

Legal Gengar also lists previous action by Hayden.

This includes a notable previous litigation against the Associated Newspapers Ltd. (Aka the Daily Mail's parent company). The case was settled for £29,000 but Hayden had to chase through court to recieve the money.

If he does go after JKR the incentive could be financial as much as anything at this point. I doubt she'd settle somehow. And I doubt the Daily Mail are going to sit by and not take notice of her tweet.

The Glinner Case and the focus on Freedom of Speech and Hayden's position in SB's immediate circle and now JKR's intervention certainly make for an interesting combo.

The Gauntlet has been thrown.

Bloody good it is too. Lots of details about the way Fat Tony flips between different identities & the intriguing information that he lied about living as a woman when applying for a GRC.

The media are wilfully ignoring the elephant in the room. She's just taken a great big spotlight and shone it directly 🐘

Talkinpeace · 08/09/2025 15:09

JK knows they cannot go after her.

She is using the searchlight to point to the agitators.

She is no fan of Glinner's but is clearly trying to protect others from similar actions by captured police forces.

Brilliant. So many of us have been banging on about Hayden for years but the media have been too uninterested/cowardly/fearful of litigation to report on what he's been up to. Thank god for JKR, one of the very few people who has enough money not to be in the slightest bit affected by Hayden's behaviour.

I'm curious because we've reached a point of direct conflict where SB and his little crew don't have much room to move.

They either have to back down completely in order to avoid scrunity or we'll see them make stupid moves enraged by the fact that they are very much in a spotlight now.

If they make stupid moves its not going to take that long before they make a mistake.

The idea that they can persist totally untroubled in the way they were before, seems somewhat unlikely.

The egos involved makes me think they'll double down to try and create a victimised narrative, a bit like an imploding cult which goes into siege mood.

I think they've been neutralised to a point, but that still doesn't mean they don't present a risk in someway.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next, especially given a change of Home Sec, the ECHR advice and KJK complaint to the police.

I'm going for "stupid moves", considering this:

Also interesting that the TwiX account ‘TheHoodedClaw’ that detailed the history of Hayden’s various companies, is the guy that Hayden has sued at least twice now.

SabrinaThwaite · 08/09/2025 15:29

This, from 2018, is worth a read.

There's been studies on some of the social media conspiracy ideas and where they originated. They found they originated from something like just seven accounts and then were amplified.

So it's really not unbelievable in the slightest. There is some research basis for this.

I do think we are yet to get to grips with this issue and focusing on the core of such online stories and how they can be so disruptive to reality through disinformation.

You only have to see what happens when one single tra lands on here.
Their ridiculous arguments and obvious troll posts are re quoted about 20 times and argued with to the point of derailment on important topics.
Job done.

It's actually hilarious.

The spider diagram that comes from SB just revealed a huge amount.

Tallisker · 08/09/2025 15:49

Is this the bloke who boasted about getting a GRC in a short time because he knows a handy doctor to sign it off?

RedToothBrush · 08/09/2025 15:53

The Wings Of Scotland article suggests that Hayden must be someone who is disqualified from being a company director for 15 years from 2018.

Interesting.

Tallisker · 08/09/2025 16:01

What’s the spider diagram please?
