These threads have mostly been used to follow the case that has taken place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, (and will continue on the 29th October), but were created to follow the fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case last week, and what is allegedly a conspiracy of TRAs to intimidate and harass a number of people, including Graham, with the alleged support of various police services.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Graham's account of the arrest here
You can support his Substack here
Or buy him a coffee here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. At the time of posting it has reached 64% of its stretch target.
The FSU have managed to get the bail condition that @Glinner must not post on X removed, so he is now freely posting on there again.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court again on 29th October.
You can support Nick here (posted Friday 5th September):
"I am deeply grateful to everyone who has seen fit to bung me the cost of a coffee, a pint or even a bloody London pint since I found out I was able to come back today. If you think you can afford to make a small donation, there’s more info here:"

Sorry to come in with a numpty question, but what is the status of the GL case now? It didn't sound as though they had finished hearing evidence the other day, but it all seems to have stopped?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/09/2025 16:15

I think it’s been adjourned until October, they need to hear the rest of the defence witnesses.

Scout2016 · 09/09/2025 16:29

On the subject of being able to talk in.public - a friend and I were discussing the SC hearing on a train last year. It was still underway and I was recounting what had gone on becausei had been listeningand friend was behind. Just who had said what, what a mutal friend who was there had passed on such as what the security process was like... Deliberately trying to stay factual not passing opinions...

Anyway, the woman in front kept turning round and looking at us, really pointedly, and huffing and tutting. We ignored her. Then she GOT UP AND MOVED SEATS while huffing. She was on her own so I don't know if the performance was just for our benefit...or if she really is that delicate she couldn't hope with hearing what had been said (by both side.)

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 16:39

So

SEEN Unofficial (as he will be referred to henceforth) blueskied an image of Helen Joyce's twitter post for her article within about an hour of her posting it. This was 4hrs ago.
The screen shot shows she had 3.1k views
Her account now shows she has 145,600 views, 584 retweets, 1500 hearts, 222 bookmarks and 147 comments.
His post berating her stands now at 1 comment, 1 rebluesky and 4 hearts.

His twitter account is suspended. BlueSky literally is screaming into a void and even within the echos of that, he's not getting traction.

Amused.

ProfoundlyPeculiarAndWeird · 09/09/2025 16:46

Thanks, @Ereshkigalangcleg

I suppose she couldn't have been a mythical creature, and actually passed so you couldn't tell?

Seems vanishingly unlikely, though.

Nasty man has me blocked on Bluesky
but I've noticed its a total echo chamber on lots of issues.

So… more like ‘largely unseen unofficial disgraced ex-police…’?😂

RayonSunrise · 09/09/2025 17:17

LargelyUn-SEEN is a brilliant nick name. Just saying.

Yep.

Spot on.

We should be keeping a note of how viral Helen Joyce's post will go because if we notice it, others can't help but notice.

What a shame.

What's the betting that the same senior official names will keep coming up?
Could be direct corruption, TRA-adjacent sympathies or utter indifference.

Or blackmail.

lcakethereforeIam · 09/09/2025 18:18

Perhaps people on Bluesky should contact the Police asking them about what's being put on what they think is an official Bluesky Police account. If enough contact them, they won't know if the confusion is real or faux, they'll....well they'll probably do nothing but it's a crime to impersonate a police officer.

Talkinpeace · 09/09/2025 18:21

Bluesky barred MrMenno for being homophobic.
The site is dying.
Leave it be.

Unseen Definitely Not The Police over on BlueSky
Probably the most unintentionally funny tweet ever to appear on the hellsite, by the batshit solicitor who is now crowdfunding to try to sue GLP for giving her “hurty feelings” It’s funny, as WeAreFairCop comes to an end, all these ‘free speech champions’ can show is taking away the career of a trans police officer because they didn’t agree with free speech they didn’t like, and now the tired old bombast Sarah Phillimore is trying to end the free speech of GLP. They were grifters, nothing more, even their most devoted followers knew it.

Clinically insane transphobe Sarah Phillimore is so confident, now that she has Old Fuckface in the other Edinburgh castle funding her, that she is open to out-of-court settlement from the GLP. Jolyon, we have a library of tweets by Phillimore/WeAreFairCop dehumanising trans people.

Phillimore shares responsibility for every tweet by WeAreFairCop and Harry Miller under the joint liability principle too. We have gigabytes of tweets by them calling LGBTQ people perverts, predators, nonces etc as well as openly aiding and abetting rampant misogynists and homophobes like Carl Benjamin, Tommy Robinson and far-right fugitive, James Goddard.

I think I will leave him to his screaming to himself now but I think its been worth a good look at his mindset for our own knowledge and understanding of his persecution, from his perspective. Its all useful.

It’s actually amazing to see just how thoroughly through the looking glass that rant was. I wonder if he has anyone who can gently tell him propaganda has to at least be feasible to be effective?

NebulousSadTimes · 09/09/2025 18:27

"Clinically insane"

What is it they say about accusations and admissions 🤔

I think we have just about everyone you can think of in the space of a single day.

It really is amazing to see.

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 18:32

I think we have done our requist 'listening to Transactivists' to understand how they feel and think. Its been an education.

Ohmygodshesfashionroadkill · 09/09/2025 18:35

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 11:12

From her own article:

What my SAR said was that, against my name, the “crime” of “harassment” had been recorded with “outcome 15”, which when I looked it up means that a suspect had been identified and the victim supported police action, but the case was closed due to “evidential difficulties”.

What evidential difficulties?! The police have literally never been in touch with me about any of this. And they definitely have my address and indeed my phone number because in the past couple of years I have reported several crimes, all related to my work — the most recent of which concerned one Lynsay Watson. The only reason I even knew I had been recorded as committing a crime was because Watson was so cross that I hadn’t been prosecuted that he had applied for judicial review of that decision, and as an interested party I received the paperwork.

I believe the term "Kafkaesque" was coined for this sort of situation.

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 18:39

Ok, I take in back... one more for the road.

I said on Page 2 on this thread:
My experience with online trolls / gaming is they are obsessive, they have about a zillion online identities, they are persistent, they see it as winning, they read Sun Tzu and therefore believe they are at war and any method is fair game as it's all about winning.
They don't give up until they are adequately dealt with.

Well not wanting to disappoint, here's Freda.

Like the tree that falls unseen deep in the forest, does it count as libel if no one is listening?
