IDareSay · 07/09/2025 21:33

These threads have mostly been used to follow the case that has taken place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, (and will continue on the 29th October), but were created to follow the fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case last week, and what is allegedly a conspiracy of TRAs to intimidate and harass a number of people, including Graham, with the alleged support of various police services.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Or buy him a coffee here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. At the time of posting it has reached 64% of its stretch target.
The FSU have managed to get the bail condition that @Glinner must not post on X removed, so he is now freely posting on there again.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court again on 29th October.
You can support Nick here (posted Friday 5th September):
"I am deeply grateful to everyone who has seen fit to bung me the cost of a coffee, a pint or even a bloody London pint since I found out I was able to come back today. If you think you can afford to make a small donation, there’s more info here:"

A ewe is an 'adult human sheep'? Am I missing something?

Nope. She made an error.

Therefore it has been logged and filed.

CassOle · 09/09/2025 18:58

Ahhh OK. I was wondering if the 'ewe' meant 'you' and it was a joke, and that I was suffering from a sense of humour failure.

Thank God he's not a grammarian, or splitting an infinitive would by how be harassment aimed specifically at him.

Oh he's off on one again...

Unseen Definitely Not The Police over on BlueSky
Probably the most unintentionally funny tweet ever to appear on the hellsite, by the batshit solicitor who is now crowdfunding to try to sue GLP for giving her “hurty feelings” It’s funny, as WeAreFairCop comes to an end, all these ‘free speech champions’ can show is taking away the career of a trans police officer because they didn’t agree with free speech they didn’t like, and now the tired old bombast Sarah Phillimore is trying to end the free speech of GLP. They were grifters, nothing more, even their most devoted followers knew it.

Clinically insane transphobe Sarah Phillimore is so confident, now that she has Old Fuckface in the other Edinburgh castle funding her, that she is open to out-of-court settlement from the GLP. Jolyon, we have a library of tweets by Phillimore/WeAreFairCop dehumanising trans people.

Phillimore shares responsibility for every tweet by WeAreFairCop and Harry Miller under the joint liability principle too. We have gigabytes of tweets by them calling LGBTQ people perverts, predators, nonces etc as well as openly aiding and abetting rampant misogynists and homophobes like Carl Benjamin, Tommy Robinson and far-right fugitive, James Goddard.

I think I will leave him to his screaming to himself now but I think its been worth a good look at his mindset for our own knowledge and understanding of his persecution, from his perspective. Its all useful.

If I didn’t know that Lynsey is the most fragrant of women, I’d say that those are the ravings of a very angry man.

Just noticed - We have gigabytes of tweets by them - that would be a lot of tweets, aren't they supposed to be 140 characters or so?

Allergictoironing · 09/09/2025 19:10

I notice that Unseen Definitely Not The Police seems to assume that anyone who is GC is attacking all LGBT people. Well guess what - I have been very supportive in the past to the LGBT people I have known, and would never have called any of them "perverts, predators, nonces etc". But then again, they have all been simply gay or bisexual people, or people who have transitioned or are in the process of transitioning - none of them have been "transactivists", threatened me or anyone that I know/know of, and have just wanted to be left in peace to be themselves.

I was rather amused that someone whose feelings are so hurt if they are "dead named" or called male is being so very contemptuous of someone else's “hurty feelings”; aren't the vast majority of the cases they keep bringing exactly that, complaining about having their feelings hurt?

Absolutely they are. But only trans hurty feels actually hurt. Apparently. Or he's stupid. Or both.

She presumably meant to say ‘adult ovine female’.

Or (avoiding being sexist or speciesist) she might find ‘a boar is an adult porcine male’ fits the bill too.

On average it’s 560 bytes for a tweet.

So that’s 1,785,714 tweets in a gigabyte.

And since it’s gigabytes, that’s over 3.5 million tweets. Allegedly.

Do you suppose anyone could persuade him he needs to read them all so he can list them in order of offensiveness?

Slightly more seriously for a moment, it does seem to me to be very blinkered for people like this to assume that the only reason anyone could possibly dislike them is because they are or claim to be trans. It never seems to occur to them that some people might dislike them for being a ghastly little toad with a very offensive attitude.

Which confirms that it was Watson behind Linehan’s arrest (as if we didn’t already know).

murasaki · 09/09/2025 19:12

Its not about either.

Treat them as Transcels, and it isn't about hurty feelings of any kind. There is no contridation. Its just an excuse to attack someone you already see as beneath you. Its trying to sanitise this to gain support - its propaganda. Only people who have your world view will buy into it. Its not actually about proving 'The Truth'. Its about creating a tribe or cult.

Once you view it through the lens of a cult, even thing is about us v them in the most black and white terms. They are the goodness, the light, the righteous therefore everything that is not them or agrees with them is a threat and is fair gain to attack, because 'they deserve it'. 'Im allowed to do this, because they are not human and they brought it on themselves'. There is never responsibility for their own actions because their actions are infaliable. Sun Tzu dictates that any method is legitimate in the course of destroying the enemy therefore because they are prepared to do that, they 'prove' (to) themselves to have a superiority above their opponents.

This is like Trump: The Democrats lost because they thought it was an argument about winning on logic. They found out that logic didn't matter. And actually thats true of politics generally - its the perception that matters, not the truth. Once you have established a falsehood in a circle / social group / institition that puts value on truth and enlightment, that is difficult to break because it requires the acknowlegment that they have been duped in some way - it is the curse of the whistleblower.

Where we are now though, is the conversation isn't about transrights / women's rights anymore. These guys think it is. Its not. The conversation has moved on. The conversation is now about corruption and abuse of power by authority and you have multiple groups chasing this in unwitting and uncordinated and unmanaged non-alliance brought together by the same ultimate complaint even though they have completely different politics and agenda. The failure of this lot to recognise that the landscape and the context of what they are saying has changed is where they fall down.

They think they can carry on with the same tactics they've used successfully to date. The trouble is the rules just got all rewritten.

Stop seeing this as about logic. Its not. They know they are lying. They just have to dupe a few people who don't bother to scratch beneath the surface enough to recruit them. Once recruited they envelope them in this black and white demonisation / devil conplex and apply it to the world.

Now people are starting to sit up and take notice though, so the emotive shite they are spouting isn't sticking as hard as it was. Instead wide pool of people are looking for signs of injustice and are open to the idea of the abuse of power based on their own values rather than merely the ones these militants have propagated.

The emotional pull and balance of power has shifted.

Checks and balances.

Every little thing matters - like a new Home Sec with a clearly defined new mission or Glinner shining a light on the batshittery that was unbelievable until they jumped the shark with his arrest. The can no longer hide in the shadows, they have to be accountable and be able to pull the same tactics off in broad daylight. These are all men with huge ego and an inability to back down or moderate themselves. They can't carry on in the light, without a calmer strategy or they just look like the nuts they are.

This was never about identity. It was always about behaviour. Their behaviour not their identity is what everyone is now looking at. They haven't worked this out yet. They won't until they get stung, because up to this point they've able to run around without consequence. Once they get stung... Well thats going to be interesting and quite scary to witness.

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 19:42

Its always been about power and control not identity.

Understand that and it makes more sense.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/09/2025 19:44

Isn’t Glinner now on a flight back to the US? So what does he imagine he’s going to do re the “bail”?

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 19:44

An angry abusive man's rage isn't logical. Why are we expecting it to be?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/09/2025 19:44

RedToothBrush · 09/09/2025 18:39

Ok, I take in back... one more for the road.

I said on Page 2 on this thread:
My experience with online trolls / gaming is they are obsessive, they have about a zillion online identities, they are persistent, they see it as winning, they read Sun Tzu and therefore believe they are at war and any method is fair game as it's all about winning.
They don't give up until they are adequately dealt with.

Well not wanting to disappoint, here's Freda.

I rather suspect Glinner's not coming back. Not even for the conclusion of the case. Not even if he breaks his bail conditions and an arrest warrant is issued.

IANAL - are UK bail conditions typically made public?

Adult Ovine Females everywhere are queuing outside solicitors' offices waiting to file their complaints.

JustAnotherFunday · 09/09/2025 19:52

I wouldn't blame him, I hope he gets asylum over there (and lowers his blood pressure!).

He was harassed and the police did nothing. When he said some nasty comments in return he was arrested, ridiculous.

I don't think he crossed the legal line with his comments and actions, but even if he did the social contract is broken. It's baiting.

Good luck Glinner!

stiltoncheese · 09/09/2025 19:54

Is it me or does the SEEN police official open public network actually just shorten to the SEEN POOP network. Its literally a load of shit

SlackJawedDisbeliefXY · 09/09/2025 19:49

IANAL - are UK bail conditions typically made public?

My understanding is that complainants can be advised of bail conditions if there is a risk to their safety.

Or maybe if an angry man complains to the police long and loud enough whilst crying about their safety they get what they want.
