These threads have mostly been used to follow the case that has taken place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, (and will continue on the 29th October), but were created to follow the fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case last week, and what is allegedly a conspiracy of TRAs to intimidate and harass a number of people, including Graham, with the alleged support of various police services.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

You can support his Substack here
Or buy him a coffee here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. At the time of posting it has reached 64% of its stretch target.
The FSU have managed to get the bail condition that @Glinner must not post on X removed, so he is now freely posting on there again.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court again on 29th October.
You can support Nick here (posted Friday 5th September):

I'm not on Twitter, so parts of this have passed me by, but isn't the "Seen Police Official Open Public Network", a thing that gender critical women set up and therefore Lindsey Watson is impersonating it?

And can you put 'police' in the title, if you've been fired by them for gross misconduct?

The other problem with all this is that unless you see the extent of it, it looks so bloody childish.

i was wondering if the police were ok with something called ‘…police official…’ anything.

Our hope is that when the occasion arises, a higher court will overrule the Forstater EAT decision and approach to applying the fifth Grainger criteria: not all beliefs are equal, and not all ought to be privileged by receiving the additional protections available under the EqA, an objective of which is to increase equality of opportunity and more generally to eliminate discrimination.

Compelling the entire country to lie probably isn't going to be very persuasive.

From her own article:

What my SAR said was that, against my name, the “crime” of “harassment” had been recorded with “outcome 15”, which when I looked it up means that a suspect had been identified and the victim supported police action, but the case was closed due to “evidential difficulties”.

What evidential difficulties?! The police have literally never been in touch with me about any of this. And they definitely have my address and indeed my phone number because in the past couple of years I have reported several crimes, all related to my work — the most recent of which concerned one Lynsay Watson. The only reason I even knew I had been recorded as committing a crime was because Watson was so cross that I hadn’t been prosecuted that he had applied for judicial review of that decision, and as an interested party I received the paperwork.

JFC!! Something is rotten - extremely rotten - in the UK....😲🤯

If Glinner loses this case, it'll be a Pyrrhic victory for the TRAs. The rot and dishonesty is out there now in plain sight. In fact, if he loses, it'll probably stir up more outrage.

Meanwhile in Denmark....

Lotte Ingerslev AT lotteingerslev
My press statement about today's ruling on my court case (AI-generated translation): A PERSON’S BIOLOGICAL SEX AND INTERNET HISTORY ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY.

The court in Lyngby has today ruled in favor of Lotte Ingerslev, stating that it is not defamatory to refer to a man by his biological sex, to mention his coarse language towards and about others, or to show images from a few of the many fetish-pornographic videos that he himself had published on various open porn platforms.

The court’s reasoning confirms that it is of public interest to critically examine DBU’s recommendation to allow men who identify as women to change behind a curtain in women’s locker rooms, as Lotte Ingerslev’s article did. However, the court has ordered Lotte Ingerslev to pay compensation for what it interprets as a linking of the images in question and the information about Nadia Jacobsen’s fetishistic online history, which the court believes gives the impression that Nadia Jacobsen has a particular sexual interest—and that this interest is what motivated DBU’s recommendations for the inclusion of more gender identities in Danish football, including the design of locker rooms.

The court finds that this alleged linkage goes beyond what is permissible in a debate on a socially relevant issue. The reasoning also confirms that Nadia Jacobsen sued Lotte Ingerslev for alleged defamation and invasion of privacy—not for harassment.

Lotte Ingerslev states: “Since 2022, I’ve warned about the consequences for women’s rights when biological men are granted the protections and rights that women have fought for over centuries. When DBU last year approved recommendations that compromise women’s safety and security, I raised the alarm. I’m pleased that the court in Lyngby has agreed that this is a matter of public interest, that I won’t be fined or forced to delete my article, and that it is of course not defamatory to describe reality or show images from Nadia Jacobsen’s online history.

But I’m naturally disappointed that the court believes I made a linkage simply by asking DBU a series of questions, and I will discuss with my lawyer whether this should be pursued further in the legal system. I still hope that DBU will reconsider its recommendations. That a very small part of the population struggles with their gender should not give them the right to demand that others accept that they have a different gender than what biology has determined. And it certainly should not give men access to enter women’s locker rooms, toilets, sports competitions, and other spaces where women should be able to expect that men do not enter.”

Background: Last year, Lotte Ingerslev criticized DBU’s [the Danish football/soccer association] recommendation that men who identify as women should be allowed to change behind a curtain in women’s locker rooms. In the article, she asked whether DBU truly believes that even men with a transvestism fetish should have access to women’s locker rooms. She also questioned why DBU had chosen a person (Nadia Jacobsen) to help formulate its recommendations who had published pornographic, fetish-focused videos of herself and who shames women on social media.

Furthermore, Lotte Ingerslev rhetorically asked how long girls and women must be gaslighted by individuals who deny that it can be fetishistically motivated when men wish to present as women. All claims were substantiated in the article, and in its first version, a few images were included for documentation—among them, stills from several of the many fetish-pornographic videos that the plaintiff had published herself.

These videos were publicly available on platforms without requiring login or payment, had been viewed many thousands of times, and Lotte Ingerslev had removed genitalia from the images shown. Lotte Ingerslev was sued for violations of privacy and defamation by the mentioned member of DBU’s working group, including demands for a fine, compensation of DKK 100,000, and the complete removal of the article from her blog.

That last demand was later changed to require only specific quotes and images to be deleted from the article. The demand for a fine was based on the claim that showing six specific images of the plaintiff constituted a violation of privacy. The demand for compensation and deletion was based on Lotte Ingerslev’s reference to the plaintiff as a man/he/him and her mention of the plaintiff’s own fetish pornography and images thereof. Additionally, the demand was based on the display of images from the plaintiff’s public fetish-oriented online dialogues and a challenge to the plaintiff’s many followers, where the “prize” was that the plaintiff would no longer satisfy themselves as a man, but only as a woman, if a text and image were shared enough times.

^The mentioned images were also part of the demand for compensation and deletion. In the verdict, the plaintiff is referred to using female pronouns. Lotte Ingerslev finds it offensive to freedom of speech and legal certainty that the Danish legal system refers to a man as if he were a woman in a case that precisely concerns a woman pointing out that the power of trans ideology in Denmark threatens women’s rights and boundaries. Lotte Ingerslev’s article can be read at the following link: https://transkoen.dk/2024/03/06/afsloering-en-mand-som-der-findespornografiske-fetich-fokuserede-videoer-af-til-offentligt-skue-paa-nettet-harmedvirket-til-at-udfaerdige-dbus-nye-inklusive-anbefalinger-om-at-lukk/^

It remains Lotte Ingerslev’s view that DBU should change its recommendations so that men are under no circumstances advised to gain access to women’s sports, toilets, and locker rooms—even if they state that they identify as women.

Time was when the plod would get very angry about people who weren't in the police representing themselves as such.

The sheer indulgence that multiple police forces show to Watson is extraordinary even if you take into account that he's an ex-cop who knows what procedures to follow to get results. It starts to look less like incompetence and more like corruption.

Yes, a couple of times now, I've' read that things have been re-addressed, or reopened, because of a 'senior official'.

it's got to be a question of time before that's made public.

Could be direct corruption, TRA-adjacent sympathies or utter indifference.

Well lots of people are now digging, and the more that comes out on this little group, the less people will be scared to reveal what they know.

The other thing is that Shabana Mahmood has one job in politics and that's to prevent headlines about Two Tier Keir, and while she may not be able to do much about a weak PM, dodgy coppers are definitely within her brief.

The word 'Muppet' is trending on Twitter today.

This refers to a video of a man being arrested under the Public Order Act 1986 for harassment for 'causing alarm and distress' to a woman for apparently calling her a muppet.

The context of the video isn't entirely clear, but it sounds like a man in a mask who has a union jack on his clothing and he got into a dispute with a woman over whatever he was doing and called her a muppet. So there is some other context ommited from the footage, however the timing couldn't be worse for the police, Shabana Mahmood and Starmer.

The footage shows him asking what hes done and the the policeman says there is a woman in tears who you called alarm and distress to by calling her a muppet and thats what he was being arrested for.

Obviously this walks hand in hand with whats happened to lots of women but this seems to tie it with The Flag Wankers and Right wing stuff so perhaps isn't the greatest of things. Having said that, its cutting through and its gone down like a lead balloon.

But then again its also echoing the Action Palenstian Protests and Banksie has referenced the concept (but used a judge rather than the police)

So they Police ARE firmly on the Shit List of the Palestian Protestors, The Flag Wankers and the GC for impinging on freedom of speech right now. You pretty much couldn't get a broader range of politics if you tried.

I wonder if JKR, who has used the word three times to other people on twitter - including once to Nadia Whittome MP, will also be arrested for it. Who knows at this stage? I feel we are at the All Bets Are Off Stage of Bonkers.

Well, yes. Been there, done that. I'm sure there are t-shirts that can be got.

The courtroom was the Supreme Court on the 16 April 2025, where the highest court in the land agreed that women are biological women.

But until a court says that men are women, they will never be happy.

Poor Shabana Mahmood. So much is expected of her. The muppetation of the entire Civil Service is against her. Meanwhile on Twitter posters with American flag thumbnails are saying she is an Islamic State operative , sent to infiltrate Steer Calmer's traitor government. He is a raving Marxist - if only - and it's all about the Reset , the NWO and the deep state. It all just reminds me why I dumped Twitter and Reddit years ago.

Please let this gender woo end so I can block the lunatics for good. It does take a toll.
