The last thread ended with Tandora attempting to sidestep the question about what she would say if her daughter had been raped by a trans woman in a female only space and no longer believed that trans women should be in female only spaces as a consequence.

Her last reply was along the lines of, "The same thing I would say if she had been bullied by a green person at school and said she no longer wanted to go to school with green people."

@Tandora can we have a serious answer?

I actually think this question made her feel very uncomfortable which is why she filled the thread up with nonsense as quickly as possible.

The last thread wouldn't load for me anymore, happens more and more often with long threads. I missed the last 50 or so posts, dang.

Not all trans women have a penis and testes. Where they do they tend to be exceptionally private about them.

I didn't suggest all trans women had a penis and testes. I was continuing with this specific example. I'm this case what makes this male anatomy different from any other male anatomy. Or would anyone with a penis and testes be fine in a female-only changing room?

To summarise, she said that as a woman daughters, women's safety and privacy was very important to her.

So a few of us asked her about the safety and privacy of women who need single sex spaces, referring to the Sandy Peggie case and the Katie Dolatowski assaults. Needless to say, in relation to the Sandy Peggie case, Tandora was on the side of Beth Upton and not the women who didn't want to take their clothes off in front of Beth Upton.

Then I asked her whether she would change her opinion if her daughter was raped in a female only space.

She then denied several times that allowing someone with a penis into a female only space increases the risk of a rape occurring in that space, and implied that she would gaslight her traumatised daughter.

I really struggle to believe that this is true.

Im quite private about my vagina, funnily enough. Like all the captured, the poster in question only cares about TIMs for some reason, well, we know the reason, has a TIM family member. But strange to put that above daughter and rest of womankind.

I'm very close to my brother but there's no effing way I'd prioritise his wants over my daughter's safety and privacy.

Perhaps it's unwise to speculate about whether Tandora or one of Tandora's family members is a man with a transgender identity. But I was genuinely appalled that Tandora indicated that if her daughter was raped in a single sex space she would continue to gaslight her about the inclusion of trans women in women's spaces not making women any less safe.

I think a much more normal emotional reaction to learning that your daughter had been raped by a trans woman would be threatening to perform their bottom surgery yourself with a pair of rusty scissors and no anaesthetic.

At least it didnt make you feel sick .... sorry, I find it hard not to be facetious these days at these ludicrous attempts to gaslight.

Tbh I don't know if I can be bothered with another round of being told sex is so complicated that we are all too stupid to understand it, that separating men and women to prevent sexual assault is 'so weird' or responses that read like they were written by chat gpt.

I said on the first thread that someone with Tandora’s beliefs, saying they are a woman with girls could mean they are actually a man with sons.
I misunderstood and projected apparently. Not sure how, seeing as I’m not the one that thinks men can be women.

As always, this is what happens when we can't agree on the definitions of basic words. Unfortunately nothing Tandora said was trustworthy. All the way through the thread I kept thinking how a little knowledge is a dangerous thing; not everything Tandora said was false, but all the conclusions seemed to be.

PS. A reminder that the vast majority of TIMs retain their sexual organs (penis and testicles, for the record).

What is obvious is that if womanhood is personal to oneself, then having female social class and female public spaces where males (which includes transwomen) cannot enter, does not take away that womanhood of transwomen. And yet this is what you claim happens. Literally the e in terf is for this very reason.

The last part is also typical irony that one finds there.

The ECHR was in their favour and fair now not in their favour, therefore unfair.
The trans umbrella being all encompassing now reduced.
The wrong kind of trans (even though self ID) and gatekeeping (different to the gatekeeping of womanhood)
And now DSDs cause trans and even if they don't people with DSD are trans.

I am curious to see what they move on to next.and if they will ever be able to define trans, gender, woman, man etc.which on the previous thread all about "science" would seem to be the actual starting point for actual science to start.

Do you agree with Tandora that an appropriate response to your daughter telling you that she no longer felt safe with trans women in female only spaces after being raped by one is to gaslight her about how including trans women in women's spaces doesn't put women at any increased risk?

Havent read the whole of the last thread yet but Tandora was repeatedly asked for evidence to support her views, Tandora would not provide it. One study she hinted at but did not link to does not support the view that being trans is in any way genetic, it says the opposite.

For what it’s worth, I do think that Tandora is a woman. However, in my opinion, any woman supporting Dr Upton over Sandie Peggie is an unforgivable traitor to her own sex.
