Want to lose weight faster? Be non binary! 😂

Good news for us ladies, I was looking about calorie deficits to lose weight and came across this. Did you know that non binaries are able to eat more calories and still lose weight than us more women? 😂😂

Off to declare myself theyself and gorge on cake!

Facepalm of the morning 🤦

Please can Everyday Health rewrite every page to include a Non-Binary bit? It'd be hilarious.

Like how does a non-binary person get pregnant? According to Everyday Health, as they really are a bit of both, I presume they can do the job themselves!

Possible they just get half pregnant.

There’s going to be a lot of female enbies who are wondering why they just can’t shift that extra weight as they shovel down the additional calories they think they’re entitled to have. Meanwhile, male enbies wanting to lose weight will be wondering why they feel faint and dizzy because they’re taking in fewer calories than is healthy for the average male.

The question really comes down to this. Is the validation of your non-binary gender identity more important than receiving meaningful and accurate information to help you pursue your health and fitness goals?

This is so batshit that I wonder if Everyday Health is trolling.

Or perhaps their young are born relatively undeveloped then nurtured outside the womb, possibly in a pouch, like marsupials.

Boil-in-the-bag theybies.

They're not trolling.

It's a US site and in the US the compulsory credo is TWAW, TMAM and non-binary is valid, so you have to include the enbies.

The site covers its arse by referring to sex assigned at birth and noting
"We recommend you consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best approach for you."
and
"This content is meant to be informative, but should not be taken as medical advice. It is not intended for use as diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of health problems. Always speak with your doctor before trying new pills, supplements, or regimens."

CorruptedCauldron · 26/09/2024 11:52

It’s beyond ridiculous that they feel including these gender identities is more important than giving meaningful healthcare information. They could easily have a tickbox saying ‘Do you have a gender identity? Please specify’ as well as a tickbox for ‘What is your birth sex?’.
