I think its a good idea for you to take it up with MNHQ. I queried a deletion of one of my posts recently and was told they don't delete on a posters request. So I'd be interested in what they say.

If the whole forum was moderated the same way I'd agree with you, but it's clearly not. I understand posts are only moderated if they get reported. If the whole forum functioned in the same way as here MN would be a ghost town of tumbleweed in a few months.
