Words fail I'm so angry, but by god she is brave.
Personally I feel sick and 'triggered' it reminds me of the first time an ex punched me on the thigh, I couldnt get over how much it hurt or the enormous bruise from knee to hip. CORRECTION

In today’s IOC – Paris 2024 press briefing, IOC President Bach said:
“But I repeat, here, this is not a DSD case, this is about a woman taking part in a women’s competition, and I think I have explained this many times.”

What was intended was:
“But I repeat, here, this is not a transgender case, this is about a woman taking part in a women’s competition, and I think I have explained this many times.”

The boxing finals are on Friday and Saturday. Both individuals discussed here have made it through to the finals although they are in different categories (57kg and 66kg) so won't face each other.

So both XY chromosome individuals who are biologically men have made it to the finals and are guaranteed a medal. Sad.

Sorry if someone's mentioned this, but I am slightly heartened by the several female boxers who've politely protested by making an 'XX' gesture with their fingers at the end of their matches.

I don't think either of those two statements is incorrect. Yes, it was initially claimed that Khelif was transgender though this was denied by the IOC, and if Khelif has XY chromosomes they probably do have a condition that causes them to naturally produce more testosterone.

There is general caution with Fb pulling some pretty anodyne posts and affluent targets like the DM, well, pulling their punches. I would not be surprised if MN were to suddenly delete a lot of posts. Money.
