Venice has been expelled from the Ladies Pond. It means nothing really as they are just a stakeholder group, but it makes them look terrible like little authoritarian ignoramuses.

It's interesting because they sent an email round a few weeks ago asking members to agree to the constitution and if anyone failed to agree then they would be expected to leave the KLPA.

So most people on here appear to think it is fine for Venice Allen to behave as she did at the AGM And that her tweets posted on here were fine.

I don't believe that Venice Allen should be banned from attending the meetings based on her behaviour at the AGM.

The context of her tweets appears to be aimed at TRAs. Not all TRAs are Trans and not all Trans are TRAs so no, I don't think they are transphobic.

I view her actions at the AGM to be a legitimate peaceful protest against the inclusion of male people at the pools.

Considering what has been described and accepted as 'peaceful protest' recently, why do you think this should not be considered as a legitimate peaceful protest?

I accept it was a protest. I also think the group are right to exclude her so she can not disrupt future meetings with her protest.

When people on here don't like the C word or the TE*F one to the extent that they're now classed as deletable word on here, surely it's hypocrisy at it's finest to be defending someone's right to slur a group of people if it's against a minority group you presumably think deserve it?
