So the guardian pit the "lived experience" of a mother who has transed her child against a report which took four years by an expert.

I just saw a piece on BBC Breakfast and it seemed to focus on one TW's wait for care. Tbh I was boiling the kettle but it didn't give the impression that there had been any scandals and their bulletpoint slide was all about better services.
