We asked what crime had been committed in calling India Willoughby a man. Luckily for us, renowned criminal law expert Prof Whittle was on hand to tell us.

Brilliant strategic move here by IW. Either the police do nothing - likely - or they arrest JKR - hopefully - and peak the entire Western World in 5 minutes

If there are some sensible people in the police, who know that sex matters, they will arrest JKR to ensure this goes all the way to its inevitable, glorious conclusion 🙌🙌

Just catching up on this thread. MNHQ’s policy of deleting posts for “deliberate misgendering” is looking increasingly silly. In 10 years time: “we used to remove posts when posters called men men and when men who didn’t want to be called men complained to us about it.”

Hopefully JKR can show via IW how preposterous this is.

That particular one was posted around midnight it seems. about two hours after the clip that they released was posted.

JKR is an extremely strong, brave and very intelligent woman, IW is none of these. Reporting JKR to police is making an ever bigger tit of himself than usual. JKR as always, will know exactly what she's doing and as always, be 7 steps ahead of IW. It'll be interesting to see how this all pans out.

Thank you - I know that sometimes with news articles the date on them is the date you access them, for some reason, and to find the date of publication you have to dig about a bit.

No no no. You can’t censor people for giving factually correct information.

There are two sexes. One is either male or female. They are the scientifically correct sexes.

Males are he and females are she. They are the grammatically correct pronouns.

If a person wishes to identify as someone other than their biological sex, or use something other than grammatically correct pronouns, that’s entirely up to them (as long as not hurting anybody else or taking away anybody else’s rights*); but they cannot demand that the world does that too. It’s got to stop.

Does Willoughby think that if this ends up in a court case, or just splashed across the media, Willoughyby's own tweet record isn't going to be analysed? Is Willoughby really that thick? Or is it the extreme arrogance of the trans identity shield?

JKR is bringing me so much joy at the moment. Watching someone with JKR's giant brain take on someone as stupid as India would feel like cruelty if it wasn't the fact that India is so horrible that India deserves everything that is coming to them.

Do you think that, at some point, a little light will go on in the back of India's tiny little brain when India realises that if you're going to claim that misgendering is a criminal offence, then maybe it wasn't such a good idea to misgender Debbie Hayton? Or is India too thick to realise that India has sabotaged India's own argument?
