Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Could you go into Settings during the log-in process and specifically permit camera and microphone and then when you've logged in specifically turn off the microphone and camera @Chrysanthemum5? (I'm talking about the process on a PC.)

It wouldn't work on mine, it didn't even recognise my mic and camera.

On the instructions it shows a button next to the connect ne where you select camera etc. but it is missing when I connect via the browser. I'm connected via my phone now and I've remembered that's what I had to do last time.

They should sort out the microphones. Whenever people shift about in the room it sounds like an earthquake is happening.

Oral submissions to be done today. NC is requesting that panel spends half an hour reading written submissions first and for counsel to be able to get through oral submissions more swiftly.

Break now till 11am.

Fuck me, they have all fucked off to read the submissions first.

It is no wonder that court cases take forever!
