I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

I won't provide a link to kiwifarms but for anyone who already accesses it that is the evidence for people to see for themselves re my previous post. It can be viewed without an account.

Obviously it's very serious so do we know if Caroline Farrow herself and the relevant law enforcement have been made aware of it? Whoever is currently hosting kiwifarms may also wish to know what they are facilitating before they get sued in court too.

The Misuse of Personal Information civil case is still outstanding against CF.

It's a last desperate attempt to scare her, even though it's built on bullshit claims.

It strikes me that there is someone deeply desperate to find something on her.To the point of blatantly asking for info about CF posting elsewhere.

Obvs can't get a cogent case together and time is running out.

The user, whomever they are, are claiming to be Caroline Farrow, and due to the nature of the post it's certainly something for the counter-terrorism unit to be taking a look at. Maybe they could seize kiwifarms and find out who it really is?
