I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

The Guardian didn't make any claim, they are just reporting on a successful defamation action taken against a provider that was hosting kiwifarms.

Innocent until proven guilty. The onus is on anyone making an accusation to provide evidence.

There is a 671 page thread on kiwifarms where very obsessed and hate-filled posters are calling a trans woman a "rapist" every single day. No evidence is being provided for this accusation and I haven't been able to find anything from a Google search.

Who is making the accusation though? KF are just repeating it, right?

The Reduxx team sometimes reads these threads I think? Maybe that's something they'd be interested in doing and presenting the findings. Or if FOIs have to be made by UK citizens (?), this could be filed by someone for them. Obviously some of it's still unfolding now but there will be plenty to go on already with what's already happened in all 3 police teams.

Well quite! If it’s not Caro making that accusation (and from a quick Google it seems to be one of Liz Fong’s former friends) then it really needs a new thread.

Caroline should at least get costs and I'd hope 6 figures of compo. All of which is to be paid for by taxpayers. Never mind the police time wasted, which could have been put to good use instead. The responsible Chief Super and PCC must answer for this.

Meanwhile … Surrey Police has worst rape charge rate in England and Wales. Figures show just four out of 650 rape reports led to a charge last year.
