Also, from what a doctor on here said, it's a criminal offence, that's criminal, not civil, to disclose a trans status of a patient with a GRC, without their express permission.

She said that if a woman, with a GRC, came to her pregnant and complaining of stomach cramps, she could only write in her referral, 'abdominal pain', if the woman didn't want her to disclose that she was trans.

Friends of mine have posted this Independent link as a "she, transwoman should be on female wards!" - they have been gaslit. It is full of lies and opinions, no facts! Drives me mad how this can be published. The bit about it looking real is pure fantasy. The nurses are fictional.

Diana is still saying that where a transwoman is physically indistinguishable from a woman, they belong on a women's ward. Essentially the argument just before the GRA, or around that time. They're not engaging with the changes since then. So... not much help.

Is it safe? That was a bit weird last night. I've never been accused of being a trans activist before. All the deleted posts from the TRA who swooped on the thread were still there when RealityFan posted and he just wouldn't let it lie. Thanks for the back up everyone. I knew I wasn't going mad.

As people have said, because this person thinks they pass they should be allowed to share a ward. There is no indication of what to do with the many people who don’t pass. All they are bothered about is themselves and their individual situation.

It’s funny because Menno posted about their experience of visiting a TW in hospital and their conversation also revolved around genitals.

And by thinking or implying that passing (or even just one’s surgically constructed genitals passing, on their own!) should be the reason it’s fine to be on a women’s ward, Thomas is being extremely transphobic according to many TRAs - for whom self-declaration is the only criterion that should matter and it’s mean and unfair to only count those who have “passing privilege”.

Yeah, I was going to say that too. Surely this man is being very transphobic in his celebration of his supposedly lifelike vagina? What about all the "transwomen" who have not had surgery, or have had surgery but it doesn't actually look like a vagina (which in the real world is all of them of course)? Are these men not to be allowed their God-given right to invade private female space? Shocking.

If he had a health problem with his "vagina", would he want to be in the gynae ward? Where the doctors would have had precisely no training in his type of wound. (I am guessing given how batshit this all is, that he well might, even though it would be injurious to his own health, just to make a point. He could then go on about how the gynaecologists all laughed together and applauded his genitals).

The man has written thriller fiction as well as a book moaning about feminism. He is the very definition of MRA, and it's clear he doesn't live in reality and continues to write fiction to this day.
