Employment Tribunal starts next Monday, not sure if it is available for remote viewing.

I have sent a request so we will see.

OP counsel appears to be trying to paint Prof Jo's evidence as too variable and therefore unreliable.

People having trouble hearing JM, asking in the chat to turn her mic up.

JM relying on the difference between JPs comments at the time (eg Whatsapps) and her later witness statement to say that she wasn't devastated etc at the time. Says JP is doctoring/tailoring her evidence now.

JP comes over as v much the academic, accepting interpretations and talking about nuances, context, etc, also admitting she gets dates wrong, for eg. JM is much more the attack dog - if you get things wrong we can't rely on your accounts, full stop.

JM says that in her witness statement to come, Louise Westmoreland will say that she didn't say counselling to JP but coaching. JP adamant that LW didn't say that. It seemed an odd point to make at this stage - can't see why it's important.

Yes, there's a lot of 'you didn't seem upset at the time' when she was devastated but trying to find a way of repairing not inflaming relationships.

Ah, it wasn’t JP’s statement for this tribunal that I was reading, but as evidence to a parliamentary committee.

I do a double take every time time I read the name of the solicitor providing the links in the chat box. It's got a slightly different spelling but when I 'say' it in my head it's the same as the 'I can see souls' Lib Dem MP.
