Employment Tribunal starts next Monday, not sure if it is available for remote viewing.

What I'm taking from this is that trying to be magnanimous and find a way to move forward through differences of opinion can be used against you, so you definitely shouldn't do it. But also that you should try and find a way to compromise so things don't escalate to this point. They can't have it both ways!
