Took a second look at the story-do-far, to remind myself and it looks like we're building on what might be referred to as phase 1, the attempted 'cancellation' in 2023.

Since then, the stock of those attempting to orchestrate 'cancel culture' has fallen considerably and we're just that essential bit more likely, to be in a situation where the public-at-large feel justified in publicly telling certain activists to wind their necks in - a person no longer needs to be a high-powered commentator, with a public profile, to feel able to do that. Good news.

So perhaps it's time to do that ? If you weren't an activist, well, here's your membership card of being an activist ; you're an activist to me - off you go and, er, activistise !

I too remember her saying in her statement back then that this was the last time she would speak on the subject. At the time I figured that it was fair enough, given what she'd just been navigating.

When I was in the early stages of getting my head around gender identity stuff to support my gender questioning daughter (before I knew about this board amongst other things), I remember attending several LGBT meetings where it was impressed upon me how important it was to <solemn face required now> "educate yourself". Obviously I'm just one of many anonymous posters online (our strength is in our online contributions and our IRL actions) but it's incredible to see a well-known musician, whose been put through the ringer, come back like this 💪 to share the knowledge she acquired during her education.

It's been a while now and I still haven't seen anyone from that area explain how issuing death threats and rape threats, can be part of defending the rights of vulnerable people ?

Taking a snap-shot of the situation, the aggressors - those who make others vulnerable - appear to be Mr O' Dowd and his violent and misogynistic 'punch a TERF' supporters...?

I wonder if the committee for the advancement of gender based rights has ever had second thoughts about their directive #3, 'educate yourself, bigot!'?

They still think they're the educators.

In a sense, they are.. They're reminding us that they are little more than a cabal of fanatical misogynists, who think they rule the world and can not only get away with some pretty horrendous behaviour but be lauded for it.

I am just reading her latest post. She is giving great responses to those who criticised her. Yes she does remind me of JKR in her responses - very sharp. About a year ago, on Instagram she did a story which said she was educating herself...I guess this is the result.

Also her outfits are wonderful - I don't think I've ever seen so many outfit changes in a set before. A truly wonderful woman.

I've had the pleasure of working with some wonderful women, on here. Great job done by everyone who has contributed since '23, particularly those who have now come back for more.✊
