It's highly unlikely that sjb will be in a female prison due to the new rules. There's a handy list of crimes in the article below which have caused the transwomen who committed them to be moved out of the female estate. Unless I am mistaken sjb has committed all of them

Trans prisoners moved out of women’s jails after Isla Bryson scandal

Ministry of Justice tightens rules to identify transgender prisoners as potential risks to protect women

And yet in Scotland, despite the impetus for change in E and W arising from the Isla Bryson case, SJB would undoubtedly be placed in the female prison estate.

Apologies if it’s already been mentioned, but I think Patsy Stevenson has deleted her tweet.

Backstreets · 17/07/2023 07:13

Read the article about his poor victim. So disturbing, didn’t know about the sexual assault stuff. What a piece of work this deranged bloke is.

No surprise to see Patsy Stevenson, self elected martyr of Sarah Everard event, when she and others from Sisters Uncut and Global Women's Strike gatecrashed a quiet, respectful apolitical vigil for Sarah (as requested by her family) with placards and loud hailers has tweeted in support of SJB https://twitter.com/PatsyeStevenson/status/1680623990023282688

What did the tweet say? Do you have a screenshot?

But in a compage and contrast ie mother being dragged from her home, a woman who is a wheel chair users dragged off to a police station in the middle of the night without her medication, a woman told to appear for a police interview because ONE person has complained about something on the internet. Any one get the feeling that even in 21st century somehow men's rights are seen as valid, but women's aren't?

Im fairly certain that fathers have been dragged from their homes, men in wheelchairs dragged off in the middle of the night without their medication and men told to attend a police interview due to something they said on the internet. Precisely none of what you listed would lead one to conclude that men have rights but women have none.

And Patsy admits that she had no idea who she was supporting, just posting it because a mate told her to?

Blimey. That says it all really.

This is paraphrased from another MNer's response to - I think - sponsorship of Dylan Mulvaney after the Bud Light fiasco but it would apply to Ms Stevenson too, since it had already come out as to what a violent person SJB was and is:

Patsy chucking her hat in the SJB support ring at this stage, which is the equivalent of someone clambering aboard the Hindenburg despite being able to smell the smoke and hear the screams, is a genuinely amazing decision.

IwantToRetire · 17/07/2023 16:27

The WATM response to my comment last night is just so off the mark.

I really wouldn't have thought I would have to spell it out on FWR.

I was OBVIOUSLY referring to how the police respond to complaints re alleged transphobic remarks in contrasts to any number of people complaining about an incitement to violence.

Surely the context of the actual thread (READ the TITLE) and other threads on FWR make it evident.

What is it with this whatabouterry.

Its like even on FWR we cant talk about issues that are specific to women and women's rights.

A quick look through earlier threads will show the examples I listed were all about women confronted by police, and worse, based on individual complaints.

Yet SJB can incite violence (and get applauded) and the police do nothing.

What a waste of time having to even type this.

I truly believe that the apogee of trans activist power and influence has been reached, and it's waning. Yes, there are massive battles to be won to fully turn the tide, least of all the phenomenon of the high IQ elites with too much sunk costs to risk even vague admission they were wrong.

And as their best days extend behind them, the behaviour of the TRA class becomes ever more tetchy and erratic, the language ever more apocalyptic and threatening.

SJB is the perfect example of this, edging out faux mum and breastfeeder Mika Minio.

SJB. A self mutilator who goes on to perform the most heinous of violent crimes, lauded to the hilt by the likes of this activist.

Mika Minio. A leftist elite praised by other leftist elites for behaviour usually only praised on kink forums and extreme Trans/Reddit boards.

This is not normal behaviour and language. This is escalating behaviour and language. This is a sign of the spinning tops careering into each other.

And most satisfyingly, it's proof positive to me that control on the trans narrative has been lost by those spinning it. As each court case is lost (Maya, Alison), as each public body (sports, prisons) moves back to rational policies, as each opinion poll shows less support for TRA positions, as evidence mounts that trans has peaked with Generation Alpha showing disdain and worse, boredom and verdicts of totally uncool, all that's left is extreme individuals, SJB, and more extreme messaging (punch a TERF in the fucking face!).

I know SJB has appalled women. I'm a man, and I'm appalled. But gain strength from knowing this is the begining of the end. We'll look back at episodes like this, and say this is where the shark was jumped.

IwantToRetire · 17/07/2023 16:34

And of course the person concerned has been convicted of a violent crime and isn't some stray church organists who likes to tweet opinions.

I do my best, thanks. Lol.

It's a "you gotta laugh or you'd cry" moment where just at the point of maximum volume, intensity and visibility for TRA, the movement has never been more vulnerable...yet there are no politicians prepared to stick their head over the parapet (Badenoch, Cates, Duffield, Cherry, NHarvey notable exceptions) and LEAD.

Politicians used to lead by example (pro or anti, you'd never accuse Thatcher, Benn, Foot, Williams, Owen, Healey, Wilson etc of having a hive mind).

Transgender activist Sarah Jane Baker who spent 30 years in jail for kidnap and attempted murder is recalled to men's prison for 'calling on people to punch a TERF' at London Pride rally

A spokeswoman for the Met Police added: 'A 53-year-old woman has been charged with a public order offence following an incident during the Trans Pride event in Westminster on Saturday, 8 July.
'She was also recalled to prison for breaching the terms of her licence conditions.'
Baker was charged on Thursday and appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, where she pleaded not guilty to the alleged public order offence.
The 53-year-old is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday - six days before her 54th birthday.

So in facts sounds like he is now in a men's prison but long term future will be decided on Thursday?

Does the CPS have any say in a prison recall or is it through the probation service?

Just asking it it looks like the CPS has been fully captured.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12266981/Trans-activist-CPS-hate-crime-panel-called-Kemi-Badenoch-raging-transphobe.html

It's Probation's call. Someone (the police, the Home Secretary, anyone really) made SJB's offender manager aware of the incident and they issued the recall. SJB had already been arrested, so the police would just convey him to the nearest prison.
